Rice dumpling is a traditional chinese food made of sticky rice, stuffed with pork and different fillings, wrapped in bamboo leaves, cooked by boiling, leaves imparts its own unique aroma and flavor to the rice... Excellent food. The crispy fried chicken wings and boneless bbq ribs were fantastic. I relocated from NYC to SoCal and can't get this quality of Chinese food there (and nobody does the wings).
