Chris Noe is the head of Wholesale Payments Product for Truist Financial and joined the company in March 2023. As head of product, Chris is responsible for driving innovation and enabling client success through successful product management and development of our Treasury, Liquidity, Merchant and Commercial Card businesses. Chris has more than 25 years of product management and design experience with a focus on client experience, fostering innovation and driving execution. Chris joined Truist from Wells Fargo where he most recently served as head of embedded finance and sales engineering for Commercial Digital. In this role and others, Chris was focused on leveraging new technology and strategic relationships with market-leading fintechs to help create best-in-class digital experiences for cash management. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Chris and was previously Application Manager at Wachovia Bank. Prior to that, he was a Systems Engineer/Analyst at First Union National Bank. David L. Peterson

David L. Peterson is an eBanking pioneer, who is well known for his 30 years as an entrepreneur and content expert on payments for financial services stakeholders. A dynamic and engaging presenter, David has performed thousands of presentations and led dozens of strategic planning sessions and workshops for both financial institutions and FI service providers. He has been a featured keynote speaker for numerous associations, banking schools, and industry trade groups, including ABA, NACHA, BAI, and GSBC as well as numerous state and regional associations across the country. As a seasoned entrepreneur and thought leader, he is frequently published in regional and national publications on a wide range of electronic banking, payments innovation and strategic thinking topics. David serves as Chief Innovation Officer for First National Banker's Bank of Baton Rouge, LA. David was formerly President of CheckAlt, a leading provider of Integrated Receivables as well as Chief Strategic Officer of i7strategies, an independent strategic planning and consulting firm providing financial services and electronic payment initiatives. He was also the original founder of Goldleaf Technologies, a leading provider of electronic payments software, correspondent banking and online banking services to independent financial institutions, where he was instrumental in establishing electronic banking and payment systems for commercial banks both in the U.S. as well as throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. David also previously served as Executive Vice President for Q2, a virtual branch software provider where he focused on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, product direction and executive consulting. He remains active in U.S. payment virtual banking initiatives, serving as Vice Chairman of PaymentsFirst, a regional payment association based in Atlanta, Georgia that serves over 730 members; ArgosRisk, a systemic risk tracking service provider, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Citizens Community Bank of Valdosta, GA; and Softgiving, an Atlanta startup that is bringing new payment options to Donor Dependent Organizations. Peterson's passion is to assist individuals and businesses to think more creatively to spur innovation and enable good decision-making. Dawn Brummett

Dawn Brummett is ORNL Federal Credit Union's EVP & Chief Operating Officer. Dawn is responsible for the call center and all loan and deposit operations, including alignment of the core banking system with payment services and integrated mobile and online banking platforms. Dawn leads ORNL FCU's efforts to not only meet member expectations for digital technology and member service, but to far exceed them. In this role, she spearheaded ORNL FCU's digital and mobility strategy and initiatives to achieve set business goals. Since her career began at ORNL FCU in 1992, Dawn has served in several senior management positions, including Vice President of Retail Lending and Operations and Vice President of Member Services. Previous to these roles, Dawn was the Sales Manager who championed ORNL FCU's Sales and Service Culture and Program implementation and administration. Glen has over 40 years of Bank Operations management experience which includes Check Operations, Vault Operations, ATM Operations, Treasury Management and currently managing the Electronic Operations Department for Wilson Bank and Trust in Lebanon, TN. Glen has worked for 6 different financial institutions including the Federal Reserve Bank over his 40 years in banking in multiple states. Glen has also served on the TACHA board for 15+ years with the most recent of those as the President of the Board from 2004 till the merger with PaymentsFirst. Glen now serves on the PaymentsFirst Board on the Executive Committee as the Secretary. While Glen is career focused he does love to travel with wife, Kelly (37 years). Glen has 2 great children (Sara and Seth) a wonderful daughter in law (Kayla) and son in law (Stephen). He also has two of the cutest granddaughters (Millie and Larkin). His hobbies include traveling, photography, treasure hunting at yard sales, fishing at their place on Lake Guntersville in Alabama.
