Born in northern Bavaria, Frankonia, for many years now I live with my family in Munich. Over 20 years I worked in international companies of the computer, telecommunication and solar energy industry - managing projects and leading local and virtual teams in the areas of Supply Chain and Logistics. I have worked with many cross-cultural, cross-functional teams and I enjoy thinking out of the box and working in teams to deliver successful solutions for the business... Since 2013 I have been a Consultant, Coach and Trainer with focus on project management, change management and corporate culture development.
