Adriana Rodriguez is the Principle of Provident Accounting and CPA's. After completing her Master's Degree in the Science of Accounting, Adriana has spent much of her career in the accounting profession as an auditor of small and medium size businesses, not-for profits and government entities. Adriana's audit work has given her valuable insight and prepared her for consulting on accounting system set-up for small/medium sized businesses. Adriana consults in the areas of Accounting Cycles (revenue, AP, fixed asset, payroll, etc.), internal controls, policies and procedures, internal/external audit prep and identification of inefficiencies within systems. In addition, Adriana has expertise in Quickbooks, tax, monthly accounting, financial statement presentation and payroll.
Adriana's personal interest in real estate led to a position as a Senior Tax Analyst with a national property management company, where she was able to expand her knowledge of real estate taxation. Adriana implements and oversees all accounting and financial reporting for Provident.She is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and is fluent in Spanish.

Jason, a graduate of Howard University with a bachelor's degree in Finance and 21 years of Corporate Finance experience, brings a wealth of Finance knowledge to the brokerage as we continue to evaluate, create and find quality real estate investments for our clients!

Jeremy Dantzler is the President and Associate Broker of Provident. Jeremy has worked in the real estate industry since 1998 and has a proven track record of success in residential and commercial sales and asset management. Before founding Provident, Jeremy held positions with Equity Residential Properties (R.E.I.T., Chicago, Illinois) and McKinley Inc. (Ann Arbor, Michigan). Jeremy is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS). He has served as a member of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM), The Washtenaw Area Apartment Association (WAAA), and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Jeremy specializes in multi-family property management, distressed real estate workouts, and project management.
