When the private investment group RSBC was established, it specialised exclusively in real estate investment. Later, it expanded its services to cover consultancy and asset management. Since 2008, the RSBC Group has focused on M&A consultancy and also on private equity since 2013... We are based in the Czech Republic. We also seek out attractive opportunities abroad, e.g. in Central and Eastern Europe or in the United Kingdom. RSBC offices are also located in London... We partner with both family offices and institutional investors, to whom we bring long-term, stable returns. Our focus is on projects that are unique in dynamics of growth, production programme or market standing. We consider generating profit a fundemental rule for investments, simultaneously we emphasize building sound relationships and long-term values.
