Mrs. Sharon McGinness

Mrs. McGinness is the director of the St. Agatha Resource Center. She joined the Resource Center staff after a thirty-four year career as a Reading Specialist/Literacy Coordinator for the Waltham Public School System. There Mrs. McGinness consulted with administration, teamed with teachers, worked with special education teams, provided intervention for students, and initiated parent programs. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education followed by a Masters of Education in Elementary Reading from the University of Massachusetts. Mrs. McGinness also attended Boston College Graduate School of Arts and Science and earned a CAES, Certificate of Advanced Education Specialization in Curriculum Instruction.
