Lauren is the Team Assistant/Client Care Manager for The Woodlands Team. Lauren has been a part of the RE/MAX family since 2013 and has been exposed to the many facets of real estate during that time. She is responsible for taking your home from listing all the way to closing. In addition, she provides Joan the support in all aspects of their business, including marketing and our office systems. After you have turned in all your listing paperwork to Joan and your home has been activated on the market, Lauren processes your file, from paperwork to websites, and much much more. You will probably be hearing from Lauren via email or telephone within a few days of your home's listing just to let you know the status of your home. Lauren also processes pending files for sellers and buyers. She maintains contact with the lender, the title company, and the other agent to make sure everything is in order on the day of closing. Please feel free to contact Lauren if you have any questions or need anything prior to closing. After a home has closed, Lauren closes the file in our system and provides clients with a digital copy of their file. She maintains contact with closed clients and is available to assist wherever she is needed. If you have a question or need a copy of your file after it has closed, Lauren will assist you! Lauren was born and raised in Tomball, Texas and currently resides in Spring, Texas. When she isn't working Lauren enjoys crafting and most of all spending time with her 3 children, Bentley, Ryder & Emarie, as well as her friends and family.
