VIRTUAL VISUAL SURVEYS

Built by heat treaters for heat treaters to solve the fundamental question of what's going on inside my furnace. Our goal was simple, visually see the inside of a furnace during survey. This allowed us to optimize the uniformity by using the tighter tolerance filters. Little did we know that the surveys would be more predictable and the as a result thermal processing could also be refined. Optimal work zones could be honed in for the production teams, and cold spots identified for easier maintenance... Through many years of development our proprietary software has allowed us to capture this data. We are confident it works and we hope you find the same benefits that we have... Our proprietary software takes the data you have uploaded and creates the 3D model. Actually see the furnace come to heat at various temperatures and tolerances. See the optical work zone while pin pointing cold spots. Gone are the days of 2D survey analysis.
