Having worked for construction companies on agricultural and civil sites, Dante is familiar to the world of construction. Dante applies the knowledge he has gained from this work and his education to design project sites that meet the customer's needs. He graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering. Apart from the office, Dante enjoys sports, snowboarding, BBQing/good food, and having fun with friends and family!

Katie has acquired a strong background in business operations throughout her career. Katie works closely with client teams serving them with seamless communication, reliable service, and outside of the box thinking to provide a collaborative partnership experience. Outside of business, Katie is a traveler, DIYer, novice tennis player, mother of three, wife, aunt, daughter, and sister by life.

Kyle implements a solid understanding of construction practices while working with contractors, sub-contractors and permitting agencies. He carries a degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly State University. Kyle is well versed in project design and development while assisting clients with the civil engineering scope of work. Out of the office, Kyle enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, golfing, eating and spending time with friends and family."
Matt provides reliable service to clients, which cultivates lasting partnerships in the industry. He has developed a strong foundation in a broad scope of civil engineering services. Matt is able to take a lead role in entitlements and construction permitting while facilitating approvals from multiple governing agencies simultaneously. Aside from engineering, he enjoys playing sports and exploring the great outdoors with his wife and three kids.

After graduating with a BS in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine, Trisha has worked as a civil engineer in the valley, and now in the central coast, on a wide variety of civil projects. She has several years of design experience ranging from the development of small parking lot extensions to the rehabilitation of a large multi-phased commercial complex. She also enjoys developing relationships with clients and consultants to ensure open communication in an effort to move projects forward as smoothly and quickly as possible. Outside of work, Trisha likes live music, good food, and beach trips with her husband and two dogs.
