Prior to joining Elliott Scott HR in 2021, Alice gained extensive research experience from both recruitment agencies and executive search firms. Alice started her recruitment journey at Robert Walters, engaging with a high calibre of Finance, Risk & Audit talents for APAC financial services clients. Then she moved onto exploring the executive search space, recruiting HR talent across all industries. Expanding her journey in the HR world, Alice joined Elliott Scott HR to partner with clients within the Professional Services and Commerce industries supporting them across the full spectrum of HR roles.

Amy Pang

Amy joined Elliott Scott HR in 2016 as a Researcher, responsible for providing extensive sourcing, assistance and marketing skills in supporting the growing Hong Kong office. She then progressed to Regional Researcher & Admin Lead for APAC with her role stretching across global accounts, overseeing the global research team as well as managing the India admin function. Which in turn has led her to receive a promotion and become the Group Research & Operations Manager. Bringing an energetic flare with her prior experience in office admin, recruitment and digital marketing she offers all round support to enable the best performance for all parts of Elliott Scott HR.

Anouk De Blieck

Over the past 20 years, Anouk De Blieck has been a senior leader and advisor to organizations in the Technology, Payments and Banking sectors, including organizations such as Citibank, ANZ, Visa and SoftServe. She began her leadership career in Sales, Operations & Project Management, before moving to regional and global HR leadership positions in emerging and mature markets across EMEA, Asia, Northern America and Oceania. In these roles, Anouk managed geographically dispersed teams of up to 600 people, supporting up to 20K employees, and developed the strategy and implementation of a number of large-scale Human Capital interventions which focused on value creation, crisis management and transformation. Having lived and worked all over the globe including New York, Moscow, Hong Kong, Singapore, Melbourne and Turin, where she now resides, Anouk is fluent in English, French and Dutch, with conversational German and Italian skills, and has a knowledge of Portuguese and Russian. She holds a Bachelor of Education from Antwerp University, and has completed a Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, as well as an Executive Leadership Program at MIT Institute of Executive Education.

​Emily joined the Elliott Scott Group in 2016 is based in their London office. She works across the four global boutique recruitment brands creating and implementing their marketing strategies. She partners with the Managing Directors and the Consultants to build their personal brands and manages the full marketing function covering: podcasts, events, webinars, social media platforms, blogs, email campaigns, surveys, infographics, etc. She prides herself on having a positive, can-do attitude, keen to get stuck in, help and engage with the teams across the group. Emily has worked in marketing since 2014 and has a graphic design background with a degree in BA Surface Design from the University of the Arts London.

Emily Ramji

Emily is the Chief Operating Officer for Elliott Scott HR. She works closely with Stuart and the management team to drive strategy, business performance and operations with a focus on staff wellbeing and development. Emily joined Elliott Scott HR in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer for Asia. She spent two years enabling growth of our Hong Kong and Singapore businesses before returning to London in October 2016 to take on the COO role globally for all Elliott Scott Group companies. Emily has lived and worked in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK. She has experience working in a broad spectrum of international HR roles, and a variety of different industries, enabling a sound understanding of the needs of our clients, candidates and team. Her previous roles include: Head of HR for a private investment business, Human Capital Consultant for Mercer, Talent Management for Fujitsu Australia and HR Business Partner for Fujitsu UK. Emily is professional coach, an accredited Hogan and MBTI practitioner and a Chartered member of the CIPD. Emily is an invaluable member of the Elliott Scott HR team - known for her attention to detail, caring nature and huge sense of fun. With two young children at home Emily is a big advocate for the flexible working that Elliott Scott HR offers, allowing her to balance both her role as COO and her role as a parent! ​

Garrett Tardrew

Garrett joined Elliott Scott HR in 2019 and recruits for the financial services, covering all levels, across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Garrett began his career as a researcher at Robert Walters UK in 2006 before swiftly moving onto covering Operations & Change Management within the sell side. In 2010 he relocated to Hong Kong to assist in building the newly formed contract desk. Later Garrett served as a manager for the contract division before taking over the front office desk where he spent time developing and managing a successful permanent front office banking team. Hannah works across the Elliott Scott Group brands and supports our six global offices with their marketing; assisting with social media postings, running Elliott Scott HR's Instagram that promotes their company culture, content creation, events, email campaigns, podcasts and much more. This is Hannah's first job within the Marketing sector, as a recent graduate Hannah studied BA Hons Event Management at Bournemouth University with a specialism in Digital Marketing, she is looking forward to continuing her journey with the Elliott Scott Group and building her career.

Hannah has worked in people roles in dynamic organisations and is fascinated by the ongoing evolution of the HR function and how HR enables businesses to build a great culture. Having gained a wealth of Global HR experience, Hannah is uniquely placed to have a deep understanding of HR and People functions. Hannah is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and sustainability. Outside of work, she sits on the School Improvement Committee for a multi-academy trust responsible for the education of over 4,500 students and enjoys walking in nearby Epping Forest. Prior to this, Kirstin's career spans 15 years with Michael Page, a global FTSE 250 recruitment firm where she led the Financial Services and Human Resources teams. Kirstin has gained invaluable international experience across the UK and Asia Pacific. She worked in Hong Kong for four years and returned to London, to provide strategic direction and advice to HR professionals in the UK and European markets. Kirstin has always provided a very personable, strategic and fast-paced approach to all of her resourcing assignments. Relationships and understanding at a senior level have been built quickly, providing high quality candidates who have proved to be current and future leaders. ​Lucinda manages the Elliott Scott HR commerce desk for North Asia, and is building out the practice across the region. Lucinda began her executive search career in London focusing on Mid to Senior roles, working within Financial Services with multi-national companies on both the buy and sell side. During this time, she gained extensive research and 360 recruitment training and experience. After 4 years, she moved in-house and joined a sports technology start-up as Head of Operations, progressing to Head of HR within 2 years. In that capacity, she was responsible for the company's people function for over four years, including leading all recruitment. Lucinda relocated to Hong Kong in 2021 and worked on an HR project role for Chubb, after which she joined Elliott Scott HR to utilise her in-depth knowledge and understanding of both recruitment and HR. Lucinda is a psychology graduate who is a qualified CIPD Applied Human Resources Management Associate.

Starting her recruitment career at Michael Page in 2006, Lucy has had the opportunity to partner with a broad range of industry sectors and work on positions spanning the full HR lifecycle from entry to c suite level. Phillip leads the Elliott Scott HR business in Asia, managing the day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong and Singapore offices. He has an extensive regional network, working across all of Asia and recruits for HR leadership roles across multiple industries. Phillip is particularly passionate about developing local HR talent on the ground in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, Phillip has worked within the Asian recruitment market for 15 years. Phillip started his recruitment career at Michael Page then moved to Profile Search & Selection to set up their Commerce desk, before joining ESHR. Throughout these 15 years has earned a trusted reputation due to the depth of his market knowledge and personal relationships. ​​ Phillip has helped build the ESHR business from day one, working to launch the Hong Kong office and grow the presence in Asia overall. Under his leadership his team have won multiple awards and he has successfully grown his client base to include many of the world's leading organisations.​

Prior to this, Pranjal worked as a Customs Broker for Kuehne Nagel International AG in Canada where he gained experience in international trade and collaborated with a plethora of agencies and brokers. Later on, he was responsible for conducting fixed asset management and billing for GST, HST, brokerage, etc. Pranjal also has experience in the customer service industry that he gained working at renowned restaurants in the Niagara region which accelerated the development of his communication and interpersonal skills.

In 2011 Stuart founded the Elliott Scott HR brand with the desire to be the best in the global HR recruitment market by providing a specialised and personal HR recruitment service. Starting with a small office in Hong Kong with Phillip Welburn, now Managing Director for Asia Pacific, Elliott Scott HR has expanded to multiple locations around the world including Singapore, New York, Sao Paulo, Delhi and London; where Stuart now lives. Being positioned in Europe allows Stuart to manage the offices around the globe as well as the other Elliott Scott Group brands. Stuart began his career as a financial broker in London before he moved to an in-house financial recruitment role for the same firm. In 2004 he started his HR recruitment journey when he moved to Michael Page. In 2006 he was headhunted to move to Hong Kong with an expanding boutique recruitment firm, where he worked for five years and was successfully ranked as Asia's number 1 HR recruiter in the Asia Money Recruitment Awards for three consecutive years. As the major shareholder of Elliott Scott HR, Stuart remains heavily involved with both the day to day running of the business and the hiring of senior level HR executives. Stuart continues to work closely with Global HR Directors in order to shape and evolve their teams to suit both the culture of the firm and ever changing global landscape.
