Debra Wain

Job Titles:
  • Holistic Therapist
Debra qualified in 2002 in Holistic Therapies, qualifying in ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) and IIHHT (International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies). She worked for a wellness retreat in Surrey for 13 years before moving back to her home town in Cheshire, 3 years ago. Debra specialises in Reflexology, Aromatherapy massage, Indian Head massage and Holistic Facial massage. She joined Norris Health in August 2018 and enjoys helping her clients to attain a sense of wellbeing and relaxation. Debra enjoys walking in the countryside, gardening and craft work.

Dr Christopher Norris

Job Titles:
  • Chartered Physiotherapist
Dr Christopher Norris is a Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP) who qualified from Pinderfields College in 1981. He gained a Masters degree (MSc) in Exercise Science (physical habilitation) from Liverpool University in 1988 and a Doctorate (PhD) from Staffordshire University in 2009. His PhD research was on spinal rehabilitation. Chris holds postgraduate certification in both Occupational Health (cert OH) and Orthopaedic medicine (MSOM). An experienced acupuncturist and Dry Needling practitioner, Christopher Norris trained in western acupuncture in the 1980's with the Society of Biophysical Medicine and gained an advanced certificate in Chinese Acupuncture from Renshu college in London in 1999. He is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC), and an advanced member and tutor for the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). Chris Norris is the author of thirteen books on physiotherapy and exercise, including a textbook on sport injuries (Sports and Soft Tissue Injuries, Routledge), now in its 5th edition, which is the set book on many physiotherapy and sport therapy courses. His book ‘Back Stability' (Human Kinetics) has received top reviews in both the UK and USA, and his ‘Complete Guide' books (Bloomsbury) regular get 4 and 5 star ratings on Amazon . Chris has also produced educational CDs on Back Stability, Acupuncture, Stretching exercise and Weight training, and several of his books are also available in eBook and Kindle format. He holds a postgraduate certificate in medical education (PGCmed ed) from Staffordshire University. Chris is a visiting lecturer and external examiner to several universities. Irene Menaged

Job Titles:
  • Physiotherapist
Irene qualified in 1970 from Wolverhampton School of Physiotherapy. She is a registered Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Health Care Professionals and Physiofirst. She has worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for 45 years, mostly in private practice and sports injury clinics but also in Occupational Health in a nationwide company. She is experienced in neck and back disorders, manipulations and soft tissue injuries. She joined Norris Health in August 2014 and her interests are in prevention of injury, including postural problems, maintaining fitness- especially in the more mature - and helping people to attain their physical goals and overall reduction/ removal of pain.

Kamilla Lawton

Job Titles:
  • Sport Rehabilitator
Kamilla Lawton qualified in 2013 from Salford University with BSc Hons in Sports Rehabilitation. She joined our team in August 2017. She has an interest in all sports but in particular Golf, having spent time playing at county and international level. She has worked in various sporting arenas from massaging football and rugby players, to treating patients with chronic life long and acute conditions. She specialises in sports injuries and rehabilitation in musculoskeletal, pre/posts operative conditions. When not spending time playing golf, Kamilla enjoys taking her dog on country walks.

Susan Lee

Job Titles:
  • Chiropodist and Podiatrist
Susan graduated from Salford University July 2007 with a First Class Honours Degree in Podiatry. She is registered with the Health Professions Council and is a member of The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists. She has worked at Norris Health Ltd since Sep 2007.She is able to offer advice and treatment for a variety of podiatric conditions including callus and corns, verrucae, fungal infections, in-growing toe nails, Diabetic Foot Screening and biomechanical foot assessments. She is also willing to treat patients in the comfort of their own homes. A mother of 3 children, Susan is Secretary of her local Primary School PTA and enjoys running, reading and gardening when time allows.
