Established since 1994 PP Construction are a groundwork and civil engineering contractor based in the South East of England. Generally we work as a subcontractor for our Clients although we also operate as a principal and package Contractor. We operate within a variety of sectors including defence, custodial, commercial, retail, education, residential, infrastructure, highways and for local authorities... This ethos has led to continued repeat business from clients such as Balfour Beatty, Wates Construction, ISG and Croudace Homes. The company turnover is £10 million a year with projects ranging from £50,000 to £10 million in value. We have operated under various forms of contract including; JCT, NEC and client bespoke forms of contracts.
