WOODSIDE LODGE - Key Persons
Danni has worked in the care sector for over 15 years having previously worked for Woodside Lodge for 5 years before moving on to try something new. A year later Danni has re-joined Woodside Lodge as our newly appointed role of Clinical Lead. Danni will be working closely with Charlotte and Aimee supporting the daily running of the floor, supporting our residents and relatives, staff and working in partnership on a more personal level with GPs District Nurses and other health professionals. Danni has successfully worked towards her NVQ3 in Health and Social care and will be actively working towards further qualifications as she progresses within her role
Mark is our home Director and has owned and operated Woodside Lodge with Mrs Marie Steele since 1983. Mark is highly invested in the local community that boasts opportunity and an abundance of passionate driven care for those living with Dementia. With over 40 years experience in the industry Mark is proud to promote that home from home environment for all.

Charlotte is our Registered Manager/ Director at Woodside Lodge. Charlotte is fully qualified in Level 6 Health and Social Care Management and has an abundance of experience and further qualifications to complement. She is extremely passionate and focus-driven, her ambition is to achieve a high standard of quality care that incorporates the service users' rights, dignity and respect. With many years in the field and a personal connection to Woodside Lodge, Charlotte strongly believes in providing that home-from-home feel for all persons who become a part of Woodside Lodge.
Aimee joined Woodside Lodge in 2020 as one of our Night Care Assistants, actively supporting our team both on the floor and alongside our manager Charlotte. Move forward 2 years and Aimee worked her way towards Deputy Manager and is now very much at the centre supporting our residents and staff on a daily basis. She has a wreath of knowledge within the caring field having previously worked within the NHS and shares her passion with her background of nursing, including more recently her working passion within Law where Aimee is currently at the Open University studying BA (Hons) LLB Law that actively supports the home on a daily basis
