We built this home in 2004 as our primary residence. A cement wall, which is stucco to match the house, encloses the backyard pool, spa and summer kitchen. We put in the pool and stucco wall in 2007... We prefer payments by personal check when payments are made in the time frames noted above. We also accept credit card payments and bank checks. All checks, including the security deposit, are cashed when received.
