Although Clifford joined Pavillion Agency in 1982, his experience in the field of personal service dates back to the mid 1970's, spending most of his free time and school vacations learning about and working in his family business (Pavillion Agency). Hannah Doran

Hannah holds a degree in Psychology and is licensed in Child and Adolescent Therapy. She began her career working as a Clinical Social Worker, providing in-home family needs assessments and community outreach to help at-risk youth in Rochester, NY. She later relocated to New York City and was placed by Pavillion Agency as a Nanny in a privately staffed home. Throughout her initial job search and placement as a Nanny, she experienced the individualized and thoughtful approach Pavillion Agency offers to both families and candidates first hand. The combined experiences in both roles inspired her to take an active part in finding the best fit for all involved. As a Placement Specialist, Hannah offers a unique and personalized approach. Hannah takes joy in learning and meeting the needs of families and candidates, alike. She views the placement process as a puzzle she is set out to solve. Her idea of a successful placement is a long-term, happy and cohesive home environment. She has a firm grasp on what makes a household run smoothly, recognizing the significance of each role in a home. Whether the role requires housekeeping, managing complex family schedules, childcare, personal/executive assistant needs, elderly care, household organization, cooking, household staff management or any task a family needs, she has a vision for the ideal match. Spanning her almost 26 year career, Holly touched thousands of people with a restless determination to help improve their lives, always putting their needs and interests before her own. Whether speaking to a world famous titan of industry about their staffing needs or a new green card holder ready to begin their journey as a productive American, Holly was always filled with grace, respect and care guided by the sincere gratification she enjoyed from helping so many individuals and families. Holly approached her colleagues with the same selfless nature, always there to lend a hand and share her wisdom. She sincerely enjoyed her role in their successes. Many have called Holly a great mentor. We are all better for having been touched by Holly's incredibly kind spirit. Holly's biggest achievement though was the bond she shared with her family, close friends and everyone she loved. Holly was the best daughter, sister, spouse and friend! Residing in the city of Los Angeles since 2009, Jake Greenhouse is a passionate and dedicated Angeleno who is proud to call this city home. He worked in sales at a prominent wholesale prop house on LA's east-side for 8 years, gaining valuable exposure to the Hollywood and Southern California ethos. Prior to that, Jake was raised in New Jersey and followed in his father's footsteps, working at the Pavillion New York headquarters office in his early 20's. This was the beginning of his journey learning the family business and getting a taste for what has become his ultimate ambition - helping others advance their careers, while contributing to the local economy. Like most Angelenos, Jake balances his hard work with ample play time as well. Jessica holds a degree in Elementary Education, a NY State Teaching Certification and has extensive experience working in private homes. She was first introduced to Pavillion when she was seeking employment through the agency. Shortly after being interviewed she began her career as a New York City Nanny. While working as a nanny she found it to be her passion to help assist families find quality care for their children. She has gained extensive knowledge and insight during her experience as a nanny and brings a genuine passion and inside perspective with working inside a home. She joined Pavillion as a Placement Specialist in 2017. She enjoys fostering a relationship with her candidates, allowing them to feel at ease and trust that she is looking out for their best interest. Upon completing his education at Queens College in 1979 and certain of his strong desire to work with people, Keith decided to join Pavillion Agency (his family business). He took to the business immediately. In his first several years he primarily worked with clients in need of nannies and housekeepers. During his 27 year career in the field of search and placement, Seth has had the opportunity to be actively involved in all facets of the Household Staffing profession.
