Although Clifford joined Pavillion Agency in 1982, his experience in the field of personal service dates back to the mid 1970's, spending most of his free time and school vacations learning about and working in his family business (Pavillion Agency). After attending SUNY, Plattsburg he realized that his true desire was to play an integral role in the growth and day to day operations of Pavillion Agency.
From the moment he joined the firm, he was instrumental in implementing new methods and ideas which in turn revolutionized the entire personal service industry. In the mid 1980's with the tremendous increase in dual income families, Cliff began to carve his niche. He instituted a nanny placement program designed to match well educated and experienced professional nannies with the finest families in the nation.
Cliff responds to the needs and lifestyles of prominent executives, politicians, celebrities and the general requirements of a formal home by carefully screening and presenting only those nannies who measure up to his clients specific requirements. Hannah holds a degree in Psychology and is licensed in Child and Adolescent Therapy. She began her career working as a Clinical Social Worker, providing in-home family needs assessments and community outreach to help at-risk youth in Rochester, NY. She later relocated to New York City and was placed by Pavillion Agency as a Nanny in a privately staffed home. Throughout her initial job search and placement as a Nanny, she experienced the individualized and thoughtful approach Pavillion Agency offers to both families and candidates first hand. The combined experiences in both roles inspired her to take an active part in finding the best fit for all involved.
As a Placement Specialist, Hannah offers a unique and personalized approach. Hannah takes joy in learning and meeting the needs of families and candidates, alike. She views the placement process as a puzzle she is set out to solve. Her idea of a successful placement is a long-term, happy and cohesive home environment. She has a firm grasp on what makes a household run smoothly, recognizing the significance of each role in a home. Whether the role requires housekeeping, managing complex family schedules, childcare, personal/executive assistant needs, elderly care, household organization, cooking, household staff management or any task a family needs, she has a vision for the ideal match. When she's not focused on placing amazing candidates, she enjoys redecorating her friends' homes, doing stand-up comedy in NYC and painting. She still takes any opportunity to assist with childcare for her family and friends, as her love for children remains a constant.
Spanning her almost 26 year career, Holly touched thousands of people with a restless determination to help improve their lives, always putting their needs and interests before her own. Whether speaking to a world famous titan of industry about their staffing needs or a new green card holder ready to begin their journey as a productive American, Holly was always filled with grace, respect and care guided by the sincere gratification she enjoyed from helping so many individuals and families. Holly approached her colleagues with the same selfless nature, always there to lend a hand and share her wisdom. She sincerely enjoyed her role in their successes. Many have called Holly a great mentor.
We are all better for having been touched by Holly's incredibly kind spirit. Holly's biggest achievement though was the bond she shared with her family, close friends and everyone she loved. Holly was the best daughter, sister, spouse and friend! Her undaunted love and devotion made everyone she touched a better person. Her memory is permanently etched in all of our hearts.
Ira Weissman has enjoyed a 24 year career in Executive Search. He began his career placing senior executives in Banking and Investment Banking. After several years he was offered the opportunity to transfer his expertise to the field of Personal Service and jumped at the chance. A graduate of the Birch Wathen School and New York University, Ira is a thirty year resident of the Upper East Side. He brings a unique appreciation and understanding of the dynamics of New York City's neighborhoods and social interactions to his professional life. As Vice President of Pavillion Agency, Ira specializes in the placement of Nannies, Professional Couples, Personal Assistants/Social Secretaries and Professional Housekeepers. One of Ira's singular strengths is his ability to consult with families on their staffing needs and, through an active dialogue, reach creative and practical solutions to those needs.

Residing in the city of Los Angeles since 2009, Jake Greenhouse is a passionate and dedicated Angeleno who is proud to call this city home. He worked in sales at a prominent wholesale prop house on LA's east-side for 8 years, gaining valuable exposure to the Hollywood and Southern California ethos. Prior to that, Jake was raised in New Jersey and followed in his father's footsteps, working at the Pavillion New York headquarters office in his early 20's. This was the beginning of his journey learning the family business and getting a taste for what has become his ultimate ambition - helping others advance their careers, while contributing to the local economy. Like most Angelenos, Jake balances his hard work with ample play time as well. He enjoys hiking the abundant trails of LA County and photographing the unique landscapes and architecture of Southern California. In addition, he is a passionate gamer and a major fan of Lego!

Jessica holds a degree in Elementary Education, a NY State Teaching Certification and has extensive experience working in private homes. She was first introduced to Pavillion when she was seeking employment through the agency. Shortly after being interviewed she began her career as a New York City Nanny.
While working as a nanny she found it to be her passion to help assist families find quality care for their children. She has gained extensive knowledge and insight during her experience as a nanny and brings a genuine passion and inside perspective with working inside a home.
She joined Pavillion as a Placement Specialist in 2017. She enjoys fostering a relationship with her candidates, allowing them to feel at ease and trust that she is looking out for their best interest. Excelling in interpersonal skills she connects with each candidate and enjoys learning about their background in all areas of life. She exudes a warm genuine energy and finds much joy helping Pavillion clients in finding find quality staffing for their home.

Upon completing his education at Queens College in 1979 and certain of his strong desire to work with people, Keith decided to join Pavillion Agency (his family business). He took to the business immediately. In his first several years he primarily worked with clients in need of nannies and housekeepers. He quickly realized how important it was to maintain and build upon the already existing solid reputation Pavillion enjoyed, paying careful attention to, and being extremely selective with, the variety of staff he represented. For the past several years Keith has focused primarily on placing Chauffeurs, Chefs, Butlers, Housemen, House Managers, Estate Managers and Caretakers. He has particularly developed an enormous following and excellent reputation in the placement of Corporate Chauffeurs. He provides Chauffeurs for the most influential C.E.O's and Board Chairmen in the world. Many of these High-Level Executives also require Chauffeurs with Executive Protection experience and Law Enforcement background. During his 27 year career in the field of search and placement, Seth has had the opportunity to be actively involved in all facets of the Household Staffing profession. From the moment he joined the family business, there was no doubt that Seth would play an active role in shaping Pavillion's future as the company positioned itself for its fifth decade as the Leader in the Field of Personal Service.
Seth places nannies, couples, housekeepers, personal assistants, and babynurses. His ability to understand his clients' needs and effectively match applicants' talents and qualifications with those needs allow him to create lasting and positive relationships. Born and raised in Suburban Philadelphia and a Manhattan Resident for over 20 years Seth has a unique understanding of the needs of fine households in both Town and Country.
Some of his recent accomplishments include a key role in the design and development of this web site. Seth has also been instrumental in the implementation of our criminal and driver's license background checking program, now performed on all applicants placed. Among Seth's most important accomplishments is the creation of Pavillion's highly successful "Babynurse" division providing temporary post-partum care for families and their newborns.

Sophia joined the family business in 2014 after working at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) for 5 years. While at CFR, Sophia was in charge of stewarding the organization's major donors and board of directors. Sophia understands the needs of high profile individuals and looks forward to expanding that expertise at Pavillion Agency.
Sophia holds a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University. Sophia, her husband, and dog split their time between Whitefish, Montana and New York City. She equally enjoys skiing, hiking, and cosmopolitan life.

Tina was born and raised in Tbilisi, the capital of the former soviet republic, Georgia .As a teenager she witnessed the collapse of the Soviet Union, which enabled her to study abroad . She perfected her English and German in the Uk and North Germany.
She earned a Masters Degree in Linguistics , immigrated to the United States in the winter of 1998 when she was 21 years old, and has lived in NYC since. She has worked as a nanny for several hi-profile families in Manhattan and started working in Household Staffing in 2004, specializing in the placement of nannies & housekeepers.
Her experience as a nanny allows her to bring a special perspective to her work as a placement specialist and enables her to see all the challenges "from both sides". No wonder she is an avid advocate for both families and candidates - always striving to make the "perfect match".
