ADMIN IT - Key Persons

Anthony Stealey

Job Titles:
  • Computer Service Engineer II
My professional career began once I graduated from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the end of 2011. The first position that I held out of college was at a company called Magnetek in Menomonee Falls, WI. Their focus was in manufacturing and electrical engineering. Their business got by with very little "cutting edge" technology, but that is more commonly seen in that industry. By early March of 2013, I began working a temp-to-hire job as Desktop Support for one of the largest hospital systems in Southeast Wisconsin known as Froedtert (pronounced: frayed-ert) Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Their main hospital catered to intensive surgical needs as a Level I center, which means they could provide the highest level of surgical care to trauma patients. This position required a fair share of travel across the greater Milwaukee area, but was by far one of my most cherished experiences working in IT revolving around patient care. Most recently, I came from a company known as Westlake Financial Services. They are one of many sister companies that form the larger "Hankey Group of Companies." They specialize in Sub-Prime auto lending. To do this, they combine SaaS (software as a service) to dealerships across the nation which offers ‘buy programs' that can be used to structure deals for otherwise turned-down customers. During my last two months at Westlake, I had been promoted to Jr. Telecom Administrator. This gave me the opportunity to work more closely with Westlake Financial's production environment, and also opened my eyes to our normal maintenance items which affected the Servicing/Collection teams and the Telephony behind them. I now find myself here at USC, and I've been star struck every day at how amazing an opportunity this has become. Extremely excited to have a chance to work for such a fantastic organization.
