Mr. Bantulaki is the Chairman and CEO of DEMACO Surveyors & Loss Adjusters Ltd. He is also Head of Operations.He possesses vast experience in insurance having worked in the industry for over seven years in the areas of loss adjustment, motor assessment, claims investigation and cargo inspection. He worked with the East African Assessors Ltd as Motor Assessor and Surveyor, JRM Monitoring Agency Ltd as claims investigator and Momentum Insurance (T) ltd as Manager In-house assessors.
Mr. Mlawa is a holder of an LL.B (Hons) degree, University of Dar-es-salaam, obtained in 1995 majoring in Corporate, Commercial and Tax laws. Mr. Mlawa has worked in the insurance industry, having worked before as claims investigator with JRM Monitoring Agency Ltd and later working with the National Insurance Corporation between 1997 and 2002 first as senior claims investigation officer and later becoming Principal Legal Counsel.
Mr. Tafuna is a holder of a Diploma in Marine Engineering- The Hague, Netherland. He further attended courses on Quality Analysis on pre- delivery and Laboratory Analysis on food commodity, sample and testing in Dar es Salaam and Shortage in Petroleum oil industries coarse from Abacus international Institute-London.
Mr. Tafuna is the company Cargo Superintendent cum Insurance Surveyor. He has vast experience of over 18 years in insurance survey, assessment, adjustment, risk survey, control survey, investigation, miscellaneous claims handling and marine cargo inspection of all types. He further have an experience in handling large amount of cargo, as proved when he was supervising all World Food Program's (WFP) discharge and loading of food and grain stuff as well as TIPPER's oil consignments during his tenure at African Marine Surveyors and Consultants Ltd and East African Assessors Ltd.
