Dmitry is a software engineer with a career spanning 30+ years. He has experience in MS DOS applications programming, system architecture of e-commerce, and mobile and cloud applications. He founded Dynamo Development (1996) to provide high-quality modern software solutions to startups and middle market companies using a combination of US-based project managers and system architects with a professional development team in Ukraine. Dmitry has an MS in Mathematics and a US Patent.

Polina, a Certified organizational consultant (link?) , a coach, and a talent development manager, joined Dynamo in 2019. With a combined experience of over 17 years in Human Resource in the construction and IT industries, Polina has implemented a comprehensive benefits policy, organised a work process to increase the general sense of wellbeing amongst employees, and improved relations between employees and management.
