Aimee Mai

Aimee has spent over a decade working on poverty alleviation in Aotearoa through her work at Christians Against Poverty (CAP), where she served as the CEO from 2013 until 2020. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accountancy and Human Resource Management from Massey University and worked in both fields prior to her work at CAP. Aimee continues to work with CAP clients locally, serving as the Ngā Hau Māngere CAP Debt Help Centre Manager. In addition to this she works with the Wilberforce Foundation.

Grant Bayldon

Grant joined World Vision New Zealand in 2018 as the National Director and leads the development and humanitarian work in more than 25 countries as well as the organisation's fundraising and advocacy work in New Zealand. Grant's previous roles have included Executive Director of Amnesty International NZ; Deputy Executive Director at Oxfam; and CEO of law firm, Duncan Cotterill. Grant's first experience with World Vision was going without food for the 40 Hour Famine as a child. Now he gets to see first-hand both the desperate plight and the heroic resilience of many of the most vulnerable children and their communities.

Jared Burgess

Jared joined World Vision New Zealand in 2022 as the Information & Solutions Director. Jared has over 20 years' experience in IT leadership with a Bachelor of Science from MTSU. Before joining World Vision, he worked as Director of IT for TwelveStone Health Partners - a faith based healthcare company in Nashville TN. His key strengths include: managing data and insights, process automation, and digital transformation.

Kym Samuels

Kym and her husband Paul own New World Morrinsville. She has enjoyed the challenges of operating a business in the fast-moving consumer goods industry for more than 15 years. As local business owners, their goal is to help New Zealanders get more out of life and acquire their grocery needs - while keeping safe from COVID-19.

Louise Bull

Louise joined World Vision New Zealand in 2022 as the People and Culture Director. Louise has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Human Resource Management and a Tikanga Level 3 Certificate from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. She has over 20 years' experience in Human Resources business partnering and management and consulted as a Human Resource Development specialist in Samoa. She has volunteered in various roles strengthening communities of women and children since becoming a mother herself.

Margie Apa

Margie is the Chief Executive of Health NZ. She has a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Studies and Labour Relations and a post-graduate in Health Economics. She carries an honorific (or chief) title from her father's village of Sale'aula, Savai'i, and is also from Faleasi'u, Upolu (nee Tuitama) in Samoa. Margie has over 20 years in the health sector with a strong background in public policy and change. She has worked for the State Services Commission, Health Funding Authority, MBIE, Capital and Coast District Health Board and as the CEO for Counties Manukau District Health Board. Margie is a trustee for the board of Presbyterian Support Northern, a New Zealand charity that works with vulnerable children and their families in the upper North Island.

Matthew Prichard

Matt is Executive Chair of KPMG NZ. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, Chartered Accountant, and a Certified Treasury Professional. In his KPMG role, Matt helps lead their work with Māori, and a range of advisory and audit work for financial institutions and other clients. Matt has held several client-facing and leadership roles during his career, including management of some of KPMG's largest audit and advisory relationships. Matt is a facilitator for the Springboard Trust, a charitable trust working within the New Zealand education sector to assist principals to enhance strategic leadership capability..

Mike Tomkins

Mike is the World Vision International Partnership Leader for Corporate Security, heading up security strategy and practice, global fleet, crisis management and resilience functions for our operations in 100 countries. Mike has built his career in military, policing, and central government and holds a Diploma of Policing, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management. He has three decades of experience in general management, specialising in global security, change and crisis management, organisational resilience and complex investigations management.

Patrice retired as Chief Distribution Officer for AIA/Sovereign Assurance Limited in April 2019 having held several senior and executive positions within the company.

Patrick Brockie

Patrick is the Chief Financial Officer for City Rail Link Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary and Administrator, and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration. From 2010 to 2018 he was Head of Loans & Specialised Finance for ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited including responsibility for specialised finance products. Before ANZ, Patrick had a 20-year career with Citibank, based in New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and London. His last position with Citibank was as Managing Director and Global Head of Export & Agency Finance and Trade Head for Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Paul Scoringe

Paul joined World Vision New Zealand in October 2023 as the Director of Marketing & Engagement. Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce, double majoring in Economics and Management Studies and a graduate diploma in International Marketing from Auckland University. Further he has a graduate diploma and Masters degree in Christian Studies from Regent College, in Vancouver, Canada. He is responsible for all marketing and fundraising activity and supporter engagement.

Phil Newman

Phil has experience working in both international and local not-for-profit leadership roles. He has been CE of Transparency International Australia and Director of Programmes, Tearfund NZ. Most recently, Phil was the Chief Advisor with Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission. He is the COO of Laidlaw, and currently acting CE and National Principal Phil has a B.A. in Social Anthropology and International Development from Massey University, a Diploma in Financial Services from Deakin University and was previously a Certified Financial Planner.

Tamsyn joined World Vision New Zealand in 2014 as Head of Finance and was appointed to Finance Director in 2019. Tamsyn is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Accounting and a graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting. She has over 15 years experience in corporate finance roles prior to joining World Vision. Tamsyn's passion for World Vision's work of helping vulnerable children grew after visiting her sponsored child in Honduras in 2007.

TJ Grant

TJ joined World Vision New Zealand in 2018 as the International Partnerships Director and also currently sits on the Board of Directors for the NZ Council for International Development. TJ has his Masters in International Development Studies and has worked with World Vision globally for more than 13 years in a variety of roles. Since God touched his life as an undergraduate student, TJ has had a passion for working with and walking alongside the poor and vulnerable.

She holds a Bachelor of Science, Advanced Management Program from INSEAD and is a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. Toni has extensive business experience in corporate strategy, transforming customer experience, designing, and delivering innovation programs, new business models and digital solutions. Toni's career has spanned across diverse global markets in innovation, agriculture, food and beverage, commodities, and consulting through a range of senior leadership positions at leading global organizations including Fonterra, Orica, and Fletcher Building.
