Boris M. Gutin - CEO

Mr. Gutin is Co-Managing Partner of GCP Capital and has been a member of the GCP investment committee since December 2009. Mr. Gutin joined Greenhill Capital Partners in 2003. Mr. Gutin has over 20 years of private equity investment experience. Prior to joining GCP, from 1999 to 2001, Mr. Gutin was an Associate at American Securities Capital Partners, a New York-based middle-market private equity fund. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Gutin was in the principal investment area (merchant banking) and leveraged finance group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Gutin has led approximately 15 and been a member of the investment team on over 20 porfolio companies while at GCP. Mr. Gutin focuses on financial services, financial technology and tech-enabled business services. Mr. Gutin is currently a Director of Geoforce, Mobilewalla, CoastalSouth Bancshares, Alkeme and MapleMark Bank. He was formerly a director of Transfast, Acrisure, Radius, ClearView Risk, Continental Bank, Eastern Virginia Bank, First Mariner Bank, Hercules Offshore and Ironshore. Mr. Gutin is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (1996) and Harvard Business School (2003).

Cyrus B. Hormazdi

Mr. Hormazdi is a Partner of GCP and has been a member of the GCP investment committee since 2014. Mr. Hormazdi joined Greenhill Capital Partners in September 2006. Mr. Hormazdi has over 16 years of private equity investment experience, with the majority of his private equity experience as an investment professional at GCP. Mr. Hormazdi has been a member of the investment team of over 15 completed private equity investments. Mr. Hormazdi focuses on financial technology and business services. Mr. Hormazdi is currently a Director of Citcon, Complete Merchant Solutions, Gavnat, Geoforce, UpdatePromise and Verita. Mr. Hormazdi is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. summa cum laude in Economics from the Wharton School (2000) and of Harvard Business School (2006).

Jean-Paul Orillac

Mr. Orillac is a Partner of GCP. Mr. Orillac joined GCP in 2015 as an Associate and has been a Partner since 2024. Mr. Orillac has nine years of private equity experience. Mr. Orillac focuses on financial services, financial technology and tech-enabled business services. He is currently a Director of Alkeme, Transnetwork and KCC. Prior to joining GCP, Mr. Orillac worked at Lazard Frères as an Associate in their Healthcare M&A group. Jonathan Rosenblum

Previously, he worked at K1 Investment Management where he focused on buyouts and growth investments in enterprise software businesses. Robert H. Niehaus

Mr. Niehaus is the Chairman and Founder of GCP and has served as the Chairman of GCP/Greenhill Capital Partners and its investment committee since its formation in June 2000. Mr. Niehaus has over 35 years of private equity investment experience. Mr. Niehaus joined Greenhill & Co. in January 2000 to form Greenhill Capital Partners. Mr. Niehaus founded GCP in December 2009. Prior to joining Greenhill in 2000, Mr. Niehaus spent 17 years at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he was a Managing Director in the merchant banking department from 1990 to 1999. Mr. Niehaus was Vice Chairman and a Director of Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund II, L.P., a $2.2 billion private equity investment fund, from 1992 to 1999 and was Vice Chairman and a Director of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners III, L.P., a $1.8 billion private equity investment fund, from 1994 to 1999. Mr. Niehaus was also Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley's merchant banking department from 1996 to 1998. During Mr. Niehaus' tenure in Morgan Stanley's merchant banking department, the department invested approximately $3 billion in 66 separate transactions. Mr. Niehaus has been a Director of the following GCP portfolio companies: Heartland Payment Systems, Everlast Energy, EXCO Resources, Global Signal (Vice Chairman and Director), Peachtree, U.S. Exploration, Healthcare Finance Group, Stroz Friedberg, Acrisure, ClearView Risk, TransFast and SV Resource Partners. Mr. Niehaus is currently a Director of Tresata, Zeta Global and Complete Merchant Solutions. Mr. Niehaus is also Chairman and a Director of Iridium Communications (Nasdaq: IRDM) and has been a Director of many other public and private companies. Mr. Niehaus is a graduate of Princeton University (1977) and Harvard Business School (1982), from which he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.

V. Frank Pottow - Founder

Mr. Pottow is the Co-Founder of GCP Capital and has been a Partner and member of the investment committee of Greenhill Capital Partners since July 2002. Mr. Pottow worked with Mr. Niehaus in Morgan Stanley & Co.'s merchant banking department from 1986 to 1988. Mr. Pottow has more than 25 years of private equity investment experience, with a focus on energy companies. Previously, Mr. Pottow was a founding partner of Société Générale's U.S. private equity affiliate SG Capital Partners and a Principal of Odyssey Partners, L.P. During his tenures at Odyssey Partners and SG from 1992 to 2002, Mr. Pottow sourced and executed seven energy related investments totaling $57 million which ultimately returned $188 million of value. Mr. Pottow worked with Mr. Niehaus in Morgan Stanley & Co.'s merchant banking department from 1986 to 1988. Mr. Pottow has been a Director of Everlast Energy, Hercules Offshore, Triana Energy, U.S. Exploration and SV Resource Partners, along with other GCP portfolio companies. Mr. Pottow is currently a Director of Pacific Coast Energy Holdings, a GCP portfolio company. Mr. Pottow is a past member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) and the advisory board for Oil & Gas Investor online.
