We believe you should be able to contact your home builder throughout the entire home building process, and that the person you meet should be the person building the house... Goodman Homes is owned and operated by father and son team Eric and Jared Goodman. Craftsmen and professional carpenters, we construct the custom homes that we sell... We, at Goodman Homes, believe in building each home with intention. For that reason we limit the number of homes that we build in order to guarantee quality, communication, as well as adherance to schedule and budget.
