Kenneth M. Morgan concentrates his practice in the areas of transactional real estate, corporate law and business counseling. He represents clients in acquiring, financing and leasing real estate.
Victor H. Pazmino focuses his practice on transactional real estate matters and has experience in commercial and residential purchases, sales and financings. He holds a residential real estate agent license, which will expand the firm's capacity in such matters. Prior to joining Morgan Law, LLC in 2023, Victor was an associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm and a boutique commercial real estate firm.
Karen Fylstra has over 25 years experience in the legal profession. She has worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary for an Am Law 100 law firm, and a local mid-sized law firm. She has also worked in the banking industry and for a third-party supply chain solutions provider. Karen enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on her boat, going to wineries and vacationing in the Caribbean islands.
A graduate of East Stroudsburg University and Rutgers Law School - Camden, Victor was very active outside of his studies. He was the managing research editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and a participant in and teaching fellow for the Hunter Moot Court program. Additionally, he was the Vice President of ALIANZA (the Latin American Law Student Association at Rutgers Law School) and a participant in the Immigrant Justice Clinic. Victor is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and fluent in Spanish.
Victor currently resides in Cherry Hill with his wife Meghan and dog Bailey. In his spare time, he enjoys football, cooking and working out.
