Dawn is a quality-focused management professional with 15 years combined experience in general business operations, community, and office management as well as financial administration. Dawn has been with a national association firm the last 8 years working as Community Association Manager and Lifestyle Coordinator. Prior to, Dawn worked as a Marketing Communications Manager. Dawn has earned two designations in the association management industry, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Association Management Specialist, (AMS) designation. Dawn brings great leadership to our Client Managers and Client Support teams.

Laura Talley holds the title of Vice President for LEAD Association Management where she works alongside her husband Syd Talley. Laura has an extensive background in the association management industry and has worked with several residential and commercial associations in Houston and the surrounding area. As a native Houstonian, she began her career in association management in 1990 and has won several awards in customer service and as a Leader in the industry. As Vice President, Laura is accountable for LEAD's operational excellence. Laura's years of experience with various organizations within the industry have all helped contribute to LEAD Association Management's successful operations strategy and the delivery of superior customer service. Laura is also a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Syd has over 30 years of experience in association management including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and developing communities. His expertise includes budget forecasting for developing communities, established HOA's architectural review of new construction, planning, and project management. He also has extensive construction and project management experience with home builders and is an authority on the Architectural Review of new, custom, and production construction on behalf of the Developer. Syd is proud to be a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Greater Houston Builders Association
(GHBA), as well as the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Syd works closely with the LEAD communities and the LEAD team to bring the personalized service we promise to the associations.
