Adam Colebatch

A young and enthusiastic business consultant that prides himself on helping businesses achieve profitability through tight controls and accurate reporting. Over 17 years experience in the on trade ranging from multiple GM roles within SFI Group and has overseen multiple sites with a North West Independent. Alongside his busy schedule he also operates his own mobile bar service. He started stocktaking at 19 years old with SFI Group and has been working alongside John with LTA for the last two and a half years.

Amy Hughes

A local girl, Amy is a graduate of Manchester University, and is following in the family trade, which has been providing Stocktaking services for over 30 years in the North Wales area. Amy is very passionate about the trade, and enjoys helping her clients manage their business, and increase their profitability by providing the very best service with accurate reporting, useful information and advice.

Andy Morris

Based in Cheshire, Andy has worked his way up from glass collector to Head Chef of Brunning and Price, with a wealth of previous experience in industrial catering/Regent Inns/Hydes Brewery/JW Lees and as Catering manager of event sites. Andy is fully trained in P&L sheets/rota planning/budget planning, stock management, so can bring a wide range of experience to you the client.

Barry Stevens

Barry Stevens Having worked for many years in contract catering operations, at senior level, Barry brings a wealth of experience to LTA, assisting Martin run his busy office, and looking after many national account clients.

John Palmer

John is based in Llanbedrog and covers the North Wales area alongside Amy Hughes and Victoria Morris. With over 20 years of hands on experience owning a small hotel/pub group/nightclub/restaurants during that time, and previous Hotel Management/General Management experience at four star level on the South Coast. John has been in the trade from school days, assisting in the family hotel business, and can offer a wealth of experience and guidance to all his clients, and has built his business on reputation and offering a first class service.

Martin Wilks

  • Hospitality Industry Consultant
Martin is an experienced Hospitality Industry Consultant with over 30 years management experience of running Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs up to General and Area Management level and acting as a Management Consultant up to a 4/5 Star Hotel and 3 Rosette Dining Standard. He has also owned his own restaurant business for 13 years and worked extensively in the Tourism and Leisure Industry from being a Regional Tourism Award Inspector, setting up Food and Drink Business Associations to undertaking numerous mystery guest visits. Martin has an extensive network of contacts and has worked with several Chambers of Commerce and Trade up to Vice President Level. Within Purple Sage Consultancy Martin has provided in addition to an extensive range of Hospitality Management services; business rescue services, feasibility studies on new projects, Start up Business Advice, Business diversification opportunities. Martin now offers two distinct ranges of services with Licensed Trade Auditors and Purple Sage Consultancy.

Victoria Morris

Victoria is based in Porthmadog and covers North and Mid Wales area and has over 20 years' experience as a Director. Victoria brings a wealth of knowledge to our team having trained with RSM Baker Tilly in accounts she is an expert in Sage and Xero, along with many till operating systems. Having owned and operated in the licence trade she is also personal license holder. This benefits her clients as she has knowledge of every facet within the hospitality business. She is able to assist efficiently and effectively giving you comprehensive reports and guidance on the day, enabling you to make well informed instant business decisions. Victoria is an excellent communicator and has a track record of helping her clients to be more profitable working alongside them.
