Brenan received a B.A. Philosophy, Western Illinois University and is responsible for database management on a variety of projects and initiatives, and also provides critical IT support for our dispersed team. He has led the growth of a groundwater database for Haiti and regularly engages in a variety of GIS and mapping tasks.

Fritz is a recent graduate in civil engineering from Quisqueya University. He was selected from a very competitive field of candidates to participate in Northwater's engineer-in-training program where he works under a US licensed professional engineer. Mr. Chery serves key roles in water infrastructure design and construction, including a recent project for Canaan which included high capacity well (800 gallons/minute), 500 cubic meter reservoir, and 12-km of supply and distribution pipeline.
Fritz also implements a complex hydrological monitoring program in the central plateau of Haiti, which includes 21 flow and water quality stations which are monitored monthly.

Jeff is an established specialist in water and environmental planning, management, and geospatial analysis. His private sector experience is complemented with nearly a decade working for the state of Illinois DNR and EPA where he earned a reputation as a motivated, reliable and passionate expert that consistently delivered value and results. Mr. Boeckler has extensive background supporting governments, organizations and businesses navigate environmental and water resource challenges and regulations.
Mr. Boeckler has been recognized for his lead role in the design and development of SWAMM, a custom geospatial watershed assessment and management model. The tool supports assessment, monitoring, and management of nonpoint source pollution and is used to address challenging water quality issues. Jeff is a recognized expert in assessing and improving lakes and reservoirs that serve water supply, ecological, flood-control and recreational functions.
Jeff has directly served leadership and technical advisory roles on regional initiatives in the Midwest that address the Gulf of Mexico Hypoxia and major environmental issues related to the Great Lakes and nonpoint source pollution. Jeff serves on a wide range of technical advisory committees and public speaking engagements before government and agency groups.
Jeff is an obsessed fly-fisherman.

Mr. Hasbrouck is an internationally recognized geophysicist and has mapped shallow and deep aquifers using geophysical technologies throughout the world. Jim has over 40 years of private sector and government experience in all aspects of geophysics including project design, field operations, data processing, and interpretation for groundwater, engineering, environmental, minerals, hydrocarbons, and national security applications. Extensive knowledge and experience in all major surface, airborne, and borehole geophysical methods including: refraction and reflection seismics; electromagnetics; electrical resistivity and induced polarization; gravity; magnetics; ground penetrating radar; radiometrics He has worked throughout North and South America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.
Jonas is a Swiss national and is fluent in French, English and Spanish and offers a unique and valuable perspective having lived and worked in many countries spanning Central America, South America, Africa and Europe. He is actively engaged on projects in Haiti, Nicaragua, Africa, and the United States.

Mr. Kinsinger earned a degree in Environmental Sciences and a minor in Biology from the University of Illinois at Springfield. At Northwater, he is primarily responsible for creating custom map layers to support watershed modeling and planning initiatives, advanced GIS analysis, and field assessments. Philip has experience in watershed management, water quality monitoring, GIS mapping, and data management. He is also regularly engaged to support international mapping initiatives and has been a valuable member of the Northwater team since 2016.
