Alan Jones - CEO, Chairman, Founder
Alan has over 20 years experience in Senior Management and over 10 years in Electricity Markets. His consulting, information technology, software and hardware, management and sales and marketing experience were gained across multinational companies, including Australian, Korean and American. He is the founder and CEO of the AECO Pacific Group which provides innovative electricity market solutions for business under the Power Choice and AECO Energy brands. He is responsible for, and aspires to, every day serve customers better through the provision of great quality services with relevant products and technology solutions from across the AECO Group.
He holds bachelor degrees in Mathematics, and Computer Science, an honours degree in Computer Science, also Masters degrees in Information Systems and Business Administration, and holds a diploma of Financial Services. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and holds their qualification of Qualified Listed Entity Director. He is a patent author, involving inventions in dynamic classification of internet media content across networks. He enjoys learning and speaking Mandarin and riding a road bicycle up classic mountain climbs - but not at the same time.

Charyl is a finance professional by training with more than 20years of risk management and control experience, including regulatory compliance and end-to-end credit related work. Her background in credit involved engagement with clients for financing solutions. Notable deals are of greater than US$400m in financing, with the largest assets transfer of more than US$1.1bn. She has led teams across Asia and has extensive experience in regulatory work, including transformation of financial institutions' license requirements.
Charyl was part of the Asian Financial Leaders Program, and notable institutions of learning included Stanford University, Tsinghua University, IMD Lausanne and Singapore Management University.
With more than 10 years in the energy industry, Chase has gained experience from different companies within the industry, but now calls Power Choice his home. He has extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to procurement of energy contracts for both gas and electricity, contract negotiation, renewable energy, strategic planning and business strategy.
Chase's strength comes not only from his knowledge and experience, but also with his integrity and genuine character when it comes to dealing with people. It is his trustworthy nature and passion for the things he does that makes him a success at whatever he does.

Before joining AECO Energy, Joseph building his skills with more than 20 years of deep international experience spanning strategy, product management, distributors/partners management, business development and sales across the Asia Pacific regions.
Team-oriented leader and process driven with extensive experience in managing market segments, devising strategic plans, launching sales initiatives, sales negotiations, and partnership agreements
Louise has an impressive career as a senior strategist and digital leader in her 20 years working in marketing. She has forged a unique combination of integrated marketing skills having held senior marketing and digital leadership roles in industries stretching from FMCG to financial services.
Leading the way in digital for companies including CUB, Heinz and Coca-Cola, she has developed and implemented acclaimed integrated marketing strategies. Prior to taking the leap to digital, Louise held Senior Brand Marketing positions with companies like Citibank and Mars.
Louise is an excellent facilitator and a motivational leader. She has a unique ability to simplify complex issues and distill them into strategic solutions.
She holds a Bachelor of International Business and Modern Asian Studies degree from Griffith University and a proud member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Maricris is a Certified Practicing Accountant with 14 years commercial experience in finance and operations. She has been with AECO Group since 2013. Fondly called "MC," she has extensive and expansive experience in business operations making her the go-to guru for knowledge and operational processes. As the Operations Director for AECO Pacific Group, she oversees the day-to-day activities of the business, ensuring all are managed and performing efficiently and effectively while delivering the highest quality of service and commitment to our customers.
Maricris has an insatiable passion for food and fitness. In her spare time, she loves travelling, trying out cafes and restaurants and lifting weights.
Rob Peel, born and raised in Townsville, has been with Power Choice since 2009 and worked his way up to become the National Sales Manager and the face of the company. In his first 2 years, he has helped 300 businesses save nearly 20 million dollars worth of electricity costs.
Rob started his career as a personal trainer and eventually, became the owner of the gym where he used to work for. With his sheer determination, discipline and focus, he is a self-made and an accomplished entrepreneur and sales leader. Rob played a pivotal role in the success of the Power Choice brand in Australia as he catapulted the company to become a multimillion-dollar business since its inception. Additionally, his hands-on experience enabled him to build, develop and lead Power Choice's customer-centric and high-performing Business Development team.
A licensed Engineer, certified Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master, Vasudha brings in her 18 years of experience in the Information Technology industry to lead highly innovative projects for Power Choice and AECO Energy.
She manages a strong team of IT experts in delivering superior business value spanning Program and Project Management, Domain consultancy, Application development and maintenance and Quality management.
Vasudha is an amateur keyboard player and enjoys listening to music.
