No business operates successfully without an efficient and effective Office Manager and we are fortunate to have in our team a person with genuine empathy to peoples needs and a commitment to getting things sorted. Since 2008 Aly has been our go to person to get things done and keep our office running smoothly - long may this continue.
In addition, Pzazz Building works with a network of professionals whose role it is to provide expertise and support to Pzazz Affiliates which supplements the National Support Office team in specialist areas of the business such as marketing, banking and insurance.

James has over 16 years professional drafting experience, working with clients, builders, architects and local authorities. James says "my challenge is to build on the initial concept and produce good quality plans and descriptions of the work. As well has assisting in smoothing the consent process these documents give you clarity and control over the work".
The initial focus of the role is to work with our network members and their customers to create initial design concepts and once these have been fully developed produce rendered stills plus a 3D Video walk through of the proposed renovation to enable the customer to experience what the completed project will look and feel like. From there, Libby works with your local Pzazz Building owner to develop a budget estimate for the project.

Robin founded the Fix It Building Services network, part of the Nuovo Group, after purchasing the rights to the name and intellectual property from Carters in 2003
With post-graduate qualifications in marketing and more than 25 years of management, marketing and franchising experience, Robin's specialist areas are business strategy and marketing

The buzz word in organisations today is diversity and this is one of the many attributes that Rohin brings to our design team. Not long qualified following a career change he comes to us with both experience as a family home owner and a fresh outlook. As such he helps broaden our discussions when coming up with design solutions for our customers.
Skilled in 2 & 3D concepts, consent drawings and consent documentation he will work with you to ensure that you have a living space that meets your needs.
As well as leading Nuovo Group, Russell's key roles in the business's management team are to provide coaching and mentoring to Affiliates in the areas of business performance, financial management and human resources
Russell has 20 years experience in the building services industry including senior roles in project and construction management and trade services personnel provision
Russell also spent seven years in manufacturing and has extensive experience of process improvement both in New Zealand and overseas including three years on the Board of Directors of Precision Office Industries
Having been with Nuovo Group for more than five years, as Southern Regional Manager and Business Performance Manager before his appointment as Managing Director in 2008, Russell jumped at the opportunity to purchase a 50% shareholding in the company, and brings a wealth of business knowledge, human resources and organisational expertise as well as general management capability to the network
In March of 2011 Russell took majority ownership of Nuovo Group through the acquisition of some of the shares held by Robin La Pere
