Over the last 5 years I have companioned adults, and teens through life's ordinary and traumatic challenges towards growth and healing, working in various institutions and establishments including hospitals, prisons, hospices, addiction services and homeless centres. Much of this work has been in a multicultural setting providing long-term, and short-term therapeutic relationships, drawing on attachment, trauma, research and practice, humanistic philosophies, family systems theory and somatic (body/mind) approaches... To support my therapeutic practice I have undertaken professional training at City College in Southampton and my qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy with Middlesex University...
