SEA HORSE PARK

All dwelling units in the Park must be occupied by at least one person Fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All other occupants of the dwelling units in the park must be forth-five (45) years of age or older.... Monthly maintenance fee ( $225 in 2024 ) includes reserve funding, water, sewer, trash pickup and lawn mowing, common area and seawall maintenance... A criminal and background check is required before approval of ownership and residency.
