Sleeping Warrior Theatre Company was created in 2012 by director/writer/composer Andy McGregor as a company to create exciting, original, high quality theatre with a focus on heightened theatricality and original music. We sometimes tackle difficult issues through a comedy lens, be that postnatal depression or the grooming of a suicide bomber but we also do shows about chips and Irn-Bru... Based in Glasgow, Scotland, we bring new, vibrant and unique work to the stage. Our shows are inventive, fun and distinctly Scottish, with new music at their heart... We are a Scottish based theatre company making fun, accessible theatre shows of the highest artistic quality. We also write pretty good songs.
