Allan Such, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant working alongside Dr. John A Ledington Allan has extensive clinical experience working as a physician assistant with Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Little Colorado Wound Center, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and Kaiser Permanente-Ohio. Allan graduated from the Surgical Physician Assistant Program with an Associates of Applied Science Degree from Cuyahoga Community College. He received his undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University. Allan is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and a member of the Arizona State Association Physician Assistants.

Blake Robert Obrock

Blake Robert Obrock, DO is a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Orthopedic Sports Medicine and Adult Joint Reconstruction Surgery of the Shoulder and Knee. Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Dr. Obrock cared for patients at an orthopedic practice in Texas. During his time in Texas, Dr. Obrock served as Clinical Adjunct Faculty at Texas Tech University and served as Team Physician for Amarillo Sod Poodles minor league baseball team, Canyon High School and PRCA Rodeo. He also established a cutting-edge sports rehabilitation and therapy program. Dr. Obrock completed his fellowship training in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine from the University of New Mexico - Albuquerque. During his time in New Mexico, Dr. Obrock served as Team Physician to many of the University of New Mexico Division 1 NCAA teams, including the New Mexico Lobos Football team. He continues to stay active in research as a reviewer for The University of New Mexico Journal of Orthopaedic Research. Dr. Obrock completed his residency and internship training at Samaritan Health Services - OPTI West, where he was appointed the honor of serving as Chief Resident. He earned his doctoral degree from Midwestern University, where he graduated with Honors. Dr. Obrock received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Danielle Borgerding

Danielle Borgerding, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Mark D. Mellinger Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Emily gained extensive clinical experience throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts during her post-graduate training. Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Danielle cared for patients in San Jose at a level 2 trauma and stroke center. She also has experience working in a level 1 trauma and burn center in Phoenix where she worked in an Emergency Department. In both positions, Danielle gained experience working in a rapid paced environment while still providing high quality care to adult and pediatric patients. Prior to these roles, she also worked with several orthopedic and neurosurgical centers. In 2013, Danielle earned her graduate degree from Central Michigan University. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan Flint where she studied molecular biology and biotechnology. She has a variety of licenses in Arizona and California, as well as a substantial amount of certifications.

Dr. Eamonn Mahoney

Eamonn Mahoney, MD is a board-certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. Fellowship-trained in Spine Surgery, Dr. Mahoney cares for patients through the Spine and Pain Specialty Center at Northern Arizona Orthopaedics. Holding more than 13 years' experience in surgical and non-surgical orthopedic spine care, Dr. Mahoney is recognized for his expertise in innovated spine care. Dr. Mahoney is training in specialty procedures including, Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (TLIF) and Oblique Lateral Interbody Fusion (OLIF) for a lateral approach to access the spine. Dr. Mahoney earned his post-graduate fellowship education from SpineCare Medical Group and completed his residency program and Yale University. Dr. Mahoney earned his doctoral degree from New York University and his undergraduate education from Fordham University. Dr. Mellinger has been with Northern Arizona Orthopaedics since 2003 and cares for patients through the Hand Specialty Center. Holding an added qualification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Mellinger's primary practice includes treating patients for fracture care, tendon and ligament injuries, sports-related injuries and nerve and congenital disorders. Before becoming an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Mellinger held a career as an Optical Engineer. His decision to dedicate his life to medicine was determined during a volunteering trip to a surgical clinic in Mexico. Dr. Mellinger earned his fellowship certificate in Hand and Microsurgery from the University of Florida. Before traveling to Florida to further his education in hand surgery, Dr. Mellinger received his post-graduate education, doctoral degree and an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Emily Larsen

Prior to her career as a Physician Assistant, Emily was a highly recognized educator. She was awarded District Teacher of the Year at AAEC Early College High Schools and Campus Teacher of the Year with AAEC South Mountain.

Greg Harris

Greg Harris, PA-C is a certified physician assistant working alongside our physicians in the Arthritis and Fracture Center at our Flagstaff location. Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Greg preformed cancer research at Vanderbilt University. Greg earned his first graduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Cell Biology. After his time at Vanderbilt University, Greg attended Trevecca Nazarene University where he earned his second graduate degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Greg earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee.

Hayden Poulson

Hayden Poulson, DPM is a fellowship-trained and board certified orthopedic Podiatric Foot and Ankle Physician. Before joining the team at Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Dr. Poulson cared for patients at Salt Lake Orthopaedic Clinic where he earned his fellowship certification in Foot and Ankle Reconstruction. Dr. Poulson received his residency training from First Nations Podiatric Residency Program at Tuba City Regional Medical Center where he was named Chief Resident. During this time, he developed a true appreciation for the people of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations and returned to complete a 3-year residency where he gained further clinic and surgical training and experience. He also spent time caring for residents in rural Crown Point, and in the bottom of the Grand Canyon where he provided foot care such as diabetic screening, education and preoperative assessments to the people of the Havasupai Tribe. Dr. Poulson earned his doctoral degree from Midwestern University. He earned his undergraduate degree from Weber State University. Dr. Poulson is an active member in the medical community holding memberships with the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Jamie Pearson

Jamie Pearson, PA-C is a certified physician assistant with over 30 years' experience caring for patients and more than 16 years specializing in orthopedic care. As our only primary provider at our Prescott Valley location, Jamie cares for all orthopedic needs of patients, however, she has a special interest in hand, wrist and elbow care. Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics in 2014, Jamie cared for patients as a Physician Assistant in Wisconsin for 10 years, caring for patients alongside a general orthopedic surgeon where she performed over 500 surgical cases per year. Jamie began her medical career as an Emergency Medical Technician and spent five years treating patients in the field. She spent 2 years treating patients as a Registered Nurse prior to earning her degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Jamie earned her bachelor's degree from Des Moines University. She is an active member in the medical community holding a membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Kaity Post, DPT is a certified physical therapist Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Kaity was the Clinic Manager at Rebound Physical Therapy, and Clinic Director at ATI Physical Therapy. Through her leadership, Kaity built and coordinated her team, developing comprehensive treatment plans to ensure the highest quality of care and outstanding outcomes for her patients. Prior to her leadership role, Kaity had gained extensive experience treating patients as a physical therapist. She developed and implemented treatment plans for athletic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, spinal conditions, chronic pain, and a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Kaity received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. She excelled academically, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University and the University of Florida. Kaity is also certified in Dry Needling from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Stephen Ros, MD, PhD is a Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Hand, Wrist and Elbow Surgery. Before joining Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, Dr. Ros received his fellowship training in Hand Surgery from Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City. He completed his residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey. Dr. Ros earned his doctoral degrees, including a PhD, from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He earned his biomedical engineering undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, where he graduated summa cum laude and a member of the University Honors Program. His primary practice includes treating patients for upper extremity fractures, tendon and ligament injuries, sports-related injuries and nerve injuries. Before becoming an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Ros was a biomedical engineer and research scientist, developing novel implants and advancing care in the field of orthopaedics. His decision to pursue a career in surgery was determined during his collaborations with surgeons, seeing firsthand the impact physicians have on the well-being of their patients.
