We are certified from GFCO (gluten free), AIB (American Institute of Baking), SQF (Safe Quality Food)... Since we opened in 2013 our mission has been to develop products that are safe for gluten free individuals and families. Giving up one little protein should not prevent a life full of happy eating. Our quickly growing groups of clients now have access to the dedication and know-how that we have perfected. Our certified gluten free facility along with the processes and recipes we've refined make us uniquely qualified to develop, produce and pack gluten free offerings for those looking to serve the gluten free consumer.
