WE'RE GOING TO LONDON

For the past few years, the University of Baltimore (UB) Accounting Honors Program has been traveling around the region visiting prestigious accounting firms, and various accounting and financial institutions to enrich and expand their students' education and professional experiences. Now we're tackling the international world of accounting! We've been invited to visit the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) to sit in and listen to the meetings between the IASB and the United States Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Through this great opportunity we plan to learn about IFRS to GAAP convergence, where it's headed and how it is going to the future of this professional field that we are pursuing...
