Vavala Concrete Construction Company is owned by Tom Vavala who started the business in 1988 in Youngsville, PA. He did residential work; sidewalks and driveways. Tom moved to Erie, PA in 1992 after receiving a contract from Baldwin Brothers, a large national real estate services firm located in Erie. He continued to work on residential sidewalks, driveways and patios from 1992 to 1995. Tom later expanded Vavala's line of business to commercial work and worked within the Millcreek Mall on a number of projects and worked on the Peach St. extension. Vavala received PA Dot approval in 2000 and has been awarded contracts as a prime contractor and also as a sub-contractor on many state projects...
