Working alongside Director, Fergus Nutt as his Personal Assistant, each day begins with a coffee then Carly dives into networking, inspections, property appraisals, and various strategic planning to help our clients move closer to their desired outcome.
Carly is well travelled having lived abroad for numerous years, however Mt Martha will always be home. A true local, Carly is familiar to many on the Peninsula. Carly's passion for homes, interiors and style has led her to pursue a career in Real Estate. Carly's known to be honest, loyal and efficient.
Carly enjoys spending time with her family and friends at local beaches and wineries on the Mornington Peninsula.
Eve Forsyth is our dynamic Marketing Manager who skilfully oversees all marketing activities for our agency while also providing support for essential office management duties.
Starting at Team WNRE in 2014, Eve has developed a deep understanding of the real estate industry and has consistently demonstrated her passion and drive to achieve remarkable results. She is consistently delivering outstanding campaigns and strategies that drive success for our agency and its clients.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Eve leads a fulfilling personal life. She is happily married to Matt, and together they are proud parents to their son, Hunter. They also share their home with two adorable dogs, Hudson & Poppy.
Fergus Nutt's extensive knowledge and experience is grounded in more than 30 years in real estate. Fergus joined the family business in 1984 and continues to uphold the highest bar professionally; he expects nothing less of his team. These days he enjoys working alongside business partner, Trent Cameron.
Fergus is a determined and motivating leader. Under his guidance, he has steered Warlimont & Nutt to attain the highest levels of client service and outstanding results, while remaining firmly grounded in the local community. His easy rapport and likeable nature are reflected in his sense of fairness, team strength and genuine empathy for others.
Fergus attributes success to "having good people around him" however his own professional endeavours have helped hundreds of people in and around Mount Martha achieve their real estate dreams.
Assisting those looking to achieve their property goal is a real drive for Jacinta. As our Campaign Manager, Jacinta's main focus is preparing sale campaigns for the market and providing administrative support to our Sales Team.
Many describe Jacinta as a positive, enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude. Her uplifting presence paired with effective time management and advanced tech skills makes her a highly valued member of Team WNRE.
Outside the real estate world, Jacinta enjoys camping, snowboarding and spending quality time with her family and friends.

From small beginnings, Clarie Warlimont created an approachable and friendly local real estate agency in 1952. Richard Nutt Snr joined in 1970, where the company changed its name to Warlimont & Nutt. Richard's son, Fergus, followed in his father's footsteps and started in 1984. After many years of service, Fergus' reputation and results set the benchmark for service and assumed role as Director. In 2017, after many years of high performance in residential sales, Trent Cameron stepped in as Director for Warlimont & Nutt.
