Kuan Yuan has 20 years of experience in both Private Equity and Mezzanine Finance with the DBS Group in Hong Kong and Singapore, leading and executing growth equity investments, structured public equity investments, mezzanine growth and leveraged acquisitions and transactions. Kuan Yuan had successfully led numerous investments to successful exits via IPO, trade sale or redemption/repayment. His last position at DBS Group was Senior Vice President and had oversight of several investment teams. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Shirley heads Finance and Fund Operations at UOC. Shirley has more than 20 years of experience in finance management, accounting and administrative roles mainly with listed companies in Singapore. At UOC, she oversees all finance, compliance, risk and regulatory reporting matters as well as communications and reporting to the limited partners. Shirley is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
