WORSHIP TEAM LIFE

This is the decision that all of us must face-that is, will we surrender the BIG thing in our lives to follow Jesus. Let's look at that big thing from the position of the person who deals with same-sex attraction. First, the notion among some Christians that such a person is the lowest form of moral degenerate bothers me greatly. Homosexuals are right when they react with indignation to the Christian who holds this attitude. I would humbly urge that we be like Paul, who regarded his OWN sin as the worst. "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the worst. But for that reason I was shown mercy, so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display His immense patience AS AN EXAMPLE for those who would believe in Him and receive eternal life."... I was discussing this notion of surrender of the BIG thing recently (with a stranger) and, after thinking about it, she said, "That's a tough concept...
