Colin has over 35 years of experience as an Executive and NED in affordable housing throughout the United Kingdom After working as a senior executive in housing associations in London he took on his first role as a CEO in a start-up housing association in Berkshire in 1995 until 2006 by which time it was a successful social business delivering housing and care services in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. After a career break when he competed in a round the world yacht race, he came back to the world of social housing as an executive coach and interim CEO, supporting organisations in need of operational and governance transformation. They ranged from 13,000 homes across the whole of England to a community-based association of 320 homes serving one village in west Scotland. He worked with Boards to identify solutions to their current difficulties, leading to successful, independent futures or as part of merged businesses. Colin has been NED or Chair of a range of associations, for profit, charitable, based in London and the Home Counties, well established and start-ups. Alongside his role as Chair of Broadway Living RP since 2019, Colin is Chair of Grainger Trust, the affordable housing subsidiary of Grainger plc, the UK's largest listed residential landlord. John Higgins - Chairman

He has a wide range of experience at senior management and director level including strategic finance, housing and business development. He has held a number of non-executive positions including Yarrow (specialist support provider) and Homes for Reading.

She is a Chartered Management Accountant and has held Chief Finance Officer and Deputy Chief Executive roles in Local Government.

Tamara is responsible for planning education provision across the borough. She became a Director of BL and BLRP in the Autumn 2020, a council appointment to the board.

Thomasin Renshaw is Non-Executive Director for Broadway Living RP and was appointed to the Board in May 2020. She lives in Ealing with her young family. Thomasin is also Chief Development Officer for Pocket Living, where she leads the development, delivery, design and customer service teams. Pocket is an award-winning private developer that focuses on delivering intermediate housing for first time buyers. She was previously, from 2015-2020, Director of Development (Head of South Molton Triangle) at Grosvenor, heading up their major 2-acre mixed-use scheme in Mayfair. Prior to that, as Development Director for Muse Developments, she led a number of large, mixed-use urban regeneration projects in London and the Thames Valley. This included the RIBA and Sunday Times British Homes Award-winning Civic Centre development in Brixton in partnership with London Borough of Lambeth. Thomasin graduated from UCL with a BSc in Astrophysics and the University of Reading with an MSc in Surveying. She is a Fellow of RICS (Planning and Development).
