Adrian was born in north Staffordshire and is married to a midwife. They now live in Congleton Cheshire in a home which Adrian designed and built.

Beverley was born and bred in Stoke on Trent.
Beverley was educated in Stoke on Trent before leaving the City in 1980 to study Architecture in Leicester. She became ARB registered in 1987 and registered with the RIBA in 1988.
Experience
Beverley has extensive experience predominantly working in the Education, Healthcare, Office, Industrial and Residential sectors built up over the last thirty years.
Beverley has also built up experience in the Production and Industry, Community, Masterplanning and Retirement sectors. She also has substantial experince working on modular architectural projects having acted as regional Architect since 2008 for a modular contractor.
Beverley is a former active volunteer with Girlguiding UK having held the positions of Guide Leader (9yrs), Division Outdoor, Division Camp Adviser and Division International Adviser for a number of years; due to business commitments she has had to step down as Guide Leader and now acts as Group Support for Stockton Brook Scouts and Guides. Prior to this from the ager of 13 she provided help and assistance to the group with a Father who was a cub leader it was inevitable that she eventually helped out 'for a few more hours' as a Guide Assistant and then Group Leader, .
Beverley is a member of Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce and sits on their Planning Advisory Committee
Beverley is keen on everything outdoor, from her days in Scout and Guiding, as a member of Canoe/Kayak and Sailing Clubs. Beverley has enjoyed Kayaking, Abseiling, Canyoining, Walking, Mountain biking, but age and a broken jaw and fractured kneck meant toning down activities to a more leisurely pace these days.
Dean was born in Newcastle under Lyme and now lives in Audley.
Dean attended Newcastle under Lyme College to gain A Levels. He then went onto Leeds University to gain his Second Class Honours (First Division) Degree in Architecture.
Dean joined bp Architecture in 2016
Dean is a keen Health and Fitness and Golf enthusiast. He is currently using holidays to explore Europe and further afield.
In Jan 2003 she Joined Austin:Smith Lord Warrington office:- here she worked on a number of Office buildings on the Knowsley Business Park - notably a new HQ for Knowsley Housing Trust; Boulevard Industry Park Speke Liverpool - Design and Tender of a new Fluu Vaccine Production plant in Liverpool; Dagenham Ford Diesel plant; and a Barn Conversion development to create four luxury dwellings with a ‘footballers wives' remit for Janvier.
From December 2003 to July 2011 Beverley moved to Hulme Upright based at Festival Park in Stoke on Trent, as an Associate:- Clients here were Barrett Developments, Swift, Countryside Properties, Staffs University, Location 3 Properties, Job Centre Plus rollout, Walsall MBC Education Dept, ExtraSpace Solutions, Reaseheath College & South Staffs and Shropshire NHS Trust. In 2011 HU went into receivership due to the pressure of the recession.

Lesley is a certified Principal Designer and holds a workign at height certificate and CIS card.
Lesley worked her Year Out at Bickerdike Allen Partners who specialise in Forensic Architecture, Healthcare and Acoustics giving her a good practical basis in drawing reviews, surveys and assisting in preparation of reports and Scott Schedules.
After spending a short time in Hong Kong working on the acoustics of the Royal Academy of Performing Arts she did her professional practice with Hugh Sprince & Partners working on sheltered housing and a new build Primary School gaining a broad experience assisting two Architects.
On Qualifying Lesley moved to John Cox Architects London followed by a group practice, John Living and Morrison Rose, where she was made an Associate in charge of housing schemes and Sainsbury's Supermarkets.
Lesley became an Associate in 1997 for Sturgis & Company working on high end residential schemes and commercial projects.
Lesley was born in Brighton and is married to a Geordie Acoustic Consultant. They now live in Cheshire after living for 30 years in Cricklewood.
Lesley studied Architecture at Bristol University and North London Polytechnic. She became RIBA qualified in 1986.

Experience
Lesley has extensive experience in Education, Healthcare, Retail, Leisure and Residential sectors together with experience working with Listed Buildings and Forensic Architecture relating to litigation and arbitration. She has also assisted with the production of a book on Fire Safety in Construction.
Lesley is an accredited Principal Designer and also holds CCS and Workign at height certificates

Lisa was born in Stoke on Trent moving to Leek at the age of 7 and is now living in Cheshire.
Lisa was educated at Leek High School and Leek College of Further Education.
Lisa joined bp Architecture in April 2017 Lisa left the practice in 2020.
Role
Along with being PA to the Director Lisa acts as the Practice's Office Manager responsible for Project Support, Secretarial, Office Administration, Bookeeping, Marketing, Tender submissions, arranging CPD seminar's and support for our Technical Staff. Without Lisa the Practice could not function.
Experience
Lisa joined the Practice with 13 years experience working for one of North Staffordshires largest Architectural practices and 5 years experience working for a firm of Building Surveyors.
In 1998 Lisa moved to Hulme Upright Architects in Leek as a Secretary / Receptionist transferring to their Head Office on Festival Park in 2000 as a Team Secretary and then becoming Personal Assistant to the MD in 2008.
Matt was born in Stoke on Trent and now lives in Abbey Hulton.
Matt attended Newcastle under Lyme College to gain his A Levels together with an Art & Design Diploma. He then went onto Westminster University to study Architecture for one year.
Following this he decided to move to Liverpool where he attended Liverpool John Moores University and gained his First Class Honours Degree in Architecture in 2018. .
Matt joined bp Architecture in August 2018.
Matt gained an MA his Part 2 at Liverpool John Moores University in 2021. He is now working towards his Part 3 Proffessional practice
Experience
Matt has experience in Residential, Commercial, External Works, Interior Design and 3D visulations.
Matt is currently Project Managing one of our Clients projects on site.
