Barrington International Limited was established in 1989 by Alan Holford-Walker. Originally the business was a marketing consultancy, representing overseas defence manufacturers selling to the UK MoD, Police, UK companies and individuals aiming to sell overseas. Previously Alan spent 7 years in the Army, 4 years in Defence Sales and 2 years in Defence Marketing & Research. In 1989, encouraged by a major Swedish Defence Company to represent them to the MoD, he saw the light and started on his own. He has never looked back... Since 2000, the year of the foundation of COSATT (now closed), we have concentrated our efforts on selling safety and security products to the Police, NHS and Local Authorities, private nursing homes and of course individuals.
