Your Office & PA was formed to offer the consultants a professional and friendly service, using PA's that they could talk to and get to know as part of their team. A bespoke online system was developed that allowed the PA's to log all messages and calls for each consultant, enabling them to easily pick up and respond to their messages accurately and quickly... Being an owner managed business, we have much in common with our customers. We understand the importance of making a good first impression and we understand the value of phone calls from customers or new prospects... We are not a call centre.
