Laura makes sure, all children are on the right path of development and continue to grow, this is done by having professional discussions with each child's key worker, tracking their development and progress. Laura also over see's our amazing apprentices we have here at ABC, whether they be straight from school or mature we pride ourselves in nurturing them into being excellent Early Years Practitioners.

Sharon is our business manager who works from head office with a small team of administrators, Nina, Tracy and Millie. This team work extremely hard behind the scenes, preparing contracts, invoicing, and liaising with professional bodies like College, Uni and LA.
