Joining Click in 2008, Alan has accrued almost fifteen years of experience in search and digital marketing, web analytics, strategy planning and data analysis. Alan is exceptionally adept at creating successful paid search (PPC), organic search (SEO), conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and content marketing campaigns, as well as ensuring that digital channels deliver powerful, integrated strategies that maximise performance. With a role that covers strategy and operations, Alan is ultimately responsible for client performance and takes great pride in keeping the teams at Click on the cutting edge, creating best practice for strategy, process and technology. Alan was working at Click when the agency's performance was first recognised with an award in 2011; since then, the agency has received more than 40 awards (with many more highly commended) from a wide variety of different awarding bodies. Being a data and process driven individual, Alan is most proud of the ‘Most Effective Agency 2018' award from the Performance Marketing Awards. Andrew's role involves the design and delivery of the agency's annual marketing plan in line with company objectives, and prides himself in using the most up-to-date best practice methodology in both digital and offline channels. He is also responsible for the strategic direction of the content marketing, social media and digital PR teams, and has a strong awareness of what it takes to really build the authority and visibility of a site. In addition to his exceptional work with Click's online performance, Andrew has also been responsible for growing and developing annual, in-person event, Click's Benchmark Search and Digital Marketing Conference - which has helped to deliver cutting edge knowledge to digital marketers throughout the UK from its home in Manchester, and raised the profile of the agency across the continent.

A fantastically experienced professional, Charlotte joined Click Consult in 2011, and her award winning on-site, technical SEO work has repeatedly delivered success for clients such as Lloyds Pharmacy Online Doctor, Zurich, Tesco and Age UK where she has been responsible for tremendous performance, even in heavily regulated sectors, which has gone above and beyond agreed KPIs. With a degree in Computer Information Systems, Charlotte brings a wealth of technical knowledge, in addition to tremendous technical experience to a role which sees her research and execute industry leading technical SEO for a host of Europe's best-known brands - including local SEO within the Irish market for Tesco, and onsite SEO and peer review of technical work on Chill Insurance and Chill Money. Her role as Head of SEO sees her responsible for the quality and quantity of work delivered by her team and includes capacity management, account allocation, consulting and strategy planning.
