Motor Marque began in 1998, with a young Mark Frankland, armed only with a small van and a big dream! He could clearly see that people wanted and deserved a better customer service from the motor trade. He believed there was a different way to operate. Why shouldn't motorists get brilliant customer service from their local garage?... In those early days, while working from his mobile workshop, Mark would leave a sweet on every dashboard as a token of thanks to customers. Later, Motor Marque became the first independent garage to wash and vacuum all vehicles after they'd been worked.
