Aaron van Veen holds a BSc in Economics from Maastricht University, The Netherlands, and an MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School. Prior to joining MCF, Aaron has worked in M&A advisory in the Netherlands.
Alex holds a bachelors's degree in Business and Economics with specialisations in Finance and Accounting from Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. Prior to joining MCF, Alex gained professional experience in Debt Capital Markets at DZ BANK and in Debt Advisory at Cubus Partners.

Anders Boajé is an Industry Adviser to MCF Corporate Finance. He holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, as well as a master's degree in Investment Appraisal from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. Anders co-founded Keystone Advisers in 2000, which later merged with MCF Corporate Finance in 2016. Anders has additional Strategy Consulting experience from Bain & Co. in Stockholm and London.

Anders Hedgren is an Industry Adviser to MCF Corporate Finance. He holds a Master of Law (LL.M) from Stockholm University and a Master of Law & Economics from Manchester University, and is also Officer in the Royal Swedish Navy Reserve. Anders brings with him over 20 years of experience as an adviser, executive, board member and private investor from the IT, business services and consumer industries. He has extensive experience from M&A, corporate and business development projects, acting as Legal Counsel, Strategy & Leadership Adviser and as a private investor himself. Currently, Anders serves as board member or adviser in companies under expansion and transformation phases - predominantly within Bicycle Industry and Trade.

Carl-Diedric was a founding partner and CEO of Enskilda Securities, as well as CEO of Alfred Berg and ABN Amro's Global Equity business. He was previously partner and CEO of Lancelot Asset Management AB, served as senior advisor at Erik Penser Bank, member of the Advisory Board of Vistra Group and Chair of its Audit and Compliance Committee. For many years Carl-Diedric served on the global board of The Hunger Project, a global non-profit organisation working for a world free from hunger and poverty, chairing its audit committee. Previously, he was Chairman of the Executive Board of the Kuehne & Nagel Deutschland Group and a member of the company management at Kuehne & Nagel International AG, Switzerland. Cornelius has held several supervisory board positions of global companies e.g. Grohe, Celanese and Neopost and has served as senior advisor to the Board of Directors of Deutsche Post. He also has a proven track record in PE-backed M&A transactions and as an active investor. During his studies, he spent semesters in Dublin and Budapest. Prior to joining MCF in 2023, Felix worked as an Associate in the M&A department of M.M.Warburg & CO Bank in Hamburg. He also gained work experience in Auditing, Consulting and Transactions Services at KPMG and Ernst & Young.
Filip Jägerroos holds a master's degree in Finance from Hanken School of Economics. Prior to joining MCF in 2022, Filip worked as an intern at MCF Helsinki and has also gained work experience as an analyst trainee at EY Strategy and Transactions.
Franz Schranner holds a master's degree in Finance & Management from Cranfield School of Management. He has also studied Economics at University of Hamburg and at Université Paris 1 Phantéon Sorbonne. Before joining MCF in 2018, Franz worked as an M&A Analyst at goetzpartners Corporate Finance GmbH in Frankfurt.

Graham Oldroyd is Chairman of MCF London, member of MCF's Advisory Council and Senior Adviser to MCF Corporate Finance. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Arts (MA Cantab) in Engineering from Cambridge University. Graham is an experienced international private equity investor holding a series of senior positions at Bridgepoint, including Partner. He has also served on numerous Boards in the UK, all Nordic Countries, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland, covering a wide variety of sectors spanning the automotive industry, consumer products, manufacturing, engineering consulting, healthcare, IT, industrials, and support services. After holding several chief executive positions, he founded Münchmeyer Advisory Services in 1987, which has evolved to become MCF Corporate Finance.
