When you call Air-Tech, chances are good that the voice you hear on the other end of the line will be Jessica. She is our dispatcher and our "Go-To" person if you need to schedule a service call, bid, have a warranty question or need to pay your bill. Jessica is an Abilene native and has been working with us since 2021. She enjoys cooking, spending time with her daughter, nieces, and sister.
Joe is the oldest son of Pat and Donna Watkins. He spent his summers growing up doing heating and air conditioning. Joe moved to Galveston Island for Hotel and Restaurant Management, it was there where he met his wife, Sarah. They have two boys and a little girl. After his parents' retirement he came home to help run the family company. Joe and his family live in Tuscola, where he is starting a small homestead. He enjoys spending time with his family and getting to the beach anytime he can. Joe tends to the everyday duties to make sure jobs are kept on schedule and completed on time.
Martin is originally from Odessa, he moved to Abilene in 2018 He has over 25 years of experience. He has two daughters and two grandsons. When he is not working, he enjoys spending his time with his family, and playing outdoors with his grandsons.
Nick is the youngest son of the former owners Pat and Donna Watkins. After graduation from Texas Tech University, Nick came back to Abilene to work in the family business. In addition to the summers he spent at Air-Tech, Nick also worked at White Service Company in Lubbock while attending school. Nick has been involved with TACCA (Texas Air Conditioning Contractors Association) for 18 years, being on the board for the last 5 years, ending as President in 2021. He continues his involvement to this day. Nick, his wife, their son and daughter have made their home in Buffalo Gap. Nick enjoys country music, the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

Sarah moved from California to Galveston Island, where she met her husband, Joe. She and her husband moved to Abilene in 2019 and have made their home in Tuscola. She has two sons and a daughter who keep her busy. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking. Sarah keeps the bills paid, manages payroll and makes sure things run smoothly around the office.

Trevor moved from Lubbock 7 years ago to Abilene. He started working for Air-Tech in 2019. Trevor worked his way from Installer Helper to Install Manager. He also rotates and helps in service. He has three daughters. He enjoys football, fishing and spending time with his girls. If you need equipment installation, you can count on Trevor to be sure the job gets done right.
