I am a dedicated IT professional who has been working with computers since I was a very young child, although distracted by sport I have always enjoyed technology... I have been using Windows since version 3.1 and have familiarised myself with every sequential version of the operating system. I have been debugging issues and fixing them long before I was taught how to use a computer in an educational setting.
