Adam was promoted to Senior Vice President of Cabinets & Countertops in August 2023 after successfully serving as ADG's first Vice President of Business Transformation. In his current role, he is dedicated to developing a national cabinets and countertops offering for our customers, sustaining strong relationships with key customers and manufacturers, and leading sales and operations initiatives in this segment. Adam joined ADG in 2020 through the acquisition of Nonn's, where he served as president for 10 years as a second-generation owner. He earned his bachelor's degree in management and finance from Iowa State University.

Darla joined the ADG team in 2022, bringing a wealth of leadership experience the result of her tenure as CIO at 3 different companies - 2 in the Fortune 500. Her expertise reaches into all areas of enterprise technology, including cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and networks, help desk support, application development, and leveraging new technologies as they emerge. This provides her with the skill and experience to provide a single world-class computer system able to support all ADG divisions as well as for future acquisitions. Darla earned a BS in information science from Christopher Newport University and an MBA from Long Island University.

Greg was promoted to Senior Vice President of Property Management in March 2023 after joining ADG in 2019 through the acquisition of Dixie Interiors (formerly Dixie Carpet). In this role, he is responsible for increasing our service to customers by rapidly expanding ADG's regional property management capabilities into a national platform. He has more than 20 years of experience in the property management and multi-family interior finishes industry. His previous experience includes serving as General Manager at Redi Carpet and Regional Sales Manager at Mohawk Industries. During his time at Dixie, he progressed through the leadership ranks to ultimately become Business Unit President in 2021. He holds a bachelor's degree in biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Justin joined ADG in 2019 and assumed his current role as Senior Vice President for Single- and Multi-Family in 2023. In this role, he is responsible for driving organic growth and margin expansion for ADG's nationwide single- and multi-family focused businesses. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the interior finishes industry, including Vice President of Sales for Interior Logic Group and various leadership roles within The Home Depot. Prior to this, he served in finance and sales leadership roles with GE. Justin has a journalism degree from South Illinois University and earned a Master of Science in Business Leadership from Georgetown University. He also served in the U.S. military.
Kevin was named Head of HR for ADG in August 2025 and brings over 20 years of retail industry experience to the position. Prior to this role, Kevin led the HR function of Lowe's Integration Management Office, which oversees the delivery of ADG's strategic roadmap.
He joined Lowe's in 2010 and served in several leadership roles across both corporate and field organizations within HR including associate relations, labor relations, policy & compliance, and HRBP roles. Prior to joining Lowe's, Kevin spent 6 years at Menard's.
Kevin attended University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Aspen University and earned a bachelor's of business administration.

Michael joined ADG in April 2024 as Senior Vice President of Finance responsible for M&A, Treasury, and FP&A and was named Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer in August 2025.
Michael brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience with a focus on long-term vision, sound strategy development, and execution aimed at creating shareholder value, improving profitability, and driving sales. Prior to joining ADG, Michael held various accounting and financial roles including CFO in both private equity owned and publicly traded companies include Shell Chemicals and PwC.
Michael earned a bachelor's degree in finance and economics at Loyola University and an MBA from Tulane University.
Ram was named President of ADG in July 2025 and brings over 25 years of retail industry experience to the position. Prior to this appointment, Ram led the Lowe's Integration Management Office, which oversees the delivery of ADG's strategic roadmap.
He joined Lowe's in 2018 and served in several leadership roles across store operations and home services. Prior to joining Lowe's, Ram held multiple leadership roles across both the corporate and field organizations at GameStop and The Home Depot.
Ram earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Annamalai University in India, a master's degree in industrial engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Sharla joined ADG in 2022 after over twenty years of legal experience in multiple industries, as the company's first in-house legal counsel. Previously she served in general counsel roles for companies including Distribution International, HD Supply, The Home Depot, and Sharyland Utilities. She earned a BS in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech and a Juris Doctor from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University.
