Brent Fritzinger

As Preconstruction Executive, Brent is responsible for the acquisition of new work and providing support during preconstruction. Brent plans, directs, or coordinates personnel, and activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. His experience in design-build is directly tied to managing the construction of underground utilities. Brent brings over 19 years of experience managing heavy civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on design-build and the construction of underground utilities. Directly involved in over 160 utility relocations, he thoughtfully plans out safe and productive relocations and installations of underground work and effectively coordinates with utility companies to mitigate any potential delays. Brent is skilled in managing diverse operations and brings a strategic mindset and excellent leadership qualities. Her areas of responsibility include proposal development, internal and external communications, and corporate branding. Jami's career includes 14 years of experience working on the Owner's side with the Washington State Department of Transportation. Before entering the construction industry, she served in the United States Navy for 10 years.
