Tim Close is the founder and current managing partner of Timothy B. Close Insurance Agency. He has over 25 years of insurance knowledge and experience. Tim works primarily out of the Berkeley Springs, WV location selling all lines of insurance. In 2001 Chris Smartt joined the Close Insurance Agency as a producer and partner. Chris is a native of Fulton County PA, and manages the Hancock, MD office while selling and servicing all lines of insurance.
The staff of any company is an integral part in the success and longevity of the organization. The veteran staff of Close Insurance is comprised of Maritza Miller, Ginger Whiteside, Amy Stull, and Julie Exline. Each staff member is a licensed insurance agent and customer service representative. They offer their professional expertise to each client daily by assisting with policy questions, claim difficulties, and policy changes. Each of the take the extra time and effort to ensure each client is satisfied and understands the insurance policy.
In 2006 Aaron Close joined the Berkeley Springs, WV office as a partner and a producer. Aaron Close specializes in selling commercial auto insurance, business liability insurance, workers compensation and life insurance. In addition to working with clients, Aaron also oversees the advertising and social media for the agency.
Insurance coverage and policies can be difficult to understand and are constantly changing.
